Kathcairns got a reaction from RoyMac5 in Steve McClaren
Nigel, could take him or leave him, but his brief was to bring the wages down which he did, nowhere near administration then

What did he say on their TV channel?
Personally I can't blame him for what he said at the end of the game, the second time he's had ridiculous grief from our clubs 'fans', he's fairly justified in my eyes

Whats nigel got to do with it, hes not took millions off us.

Very mediocre as I remember and kept out by George Williams.
I must confess I thought it was more, but on looking it up, he only played 25 games for Derby over 3 years never scoring.

There was a rotten core of about 8 (so called fans) behind me yesterday who would not let Sharpe alone all game. They would not say boo to a goose if they were alone or had not had three pints. We are better than that. Get behind your team.

I didn't. I don't care about Leicester and don't see them as rivals, it was more to do with them rubbing it in our faces annoyingly. I didn't want them to win the FA Cup either.

yep 15 yard scuff imho
one of my least favourite Derby days ever
and to this day I still do not like Leicester much - I cannot believe I was one of few Neutrals who really did not want them to win the league lol

This cut makes sense, although I have no hard feelings when it comes to Mac. Would be happy for him to be involved in the club again in the future when we're in better circumstances

I don’t feel sorry for him, I’m sure he’ll be paying his bills ok

He will be back as Rammie in the near future , don’t worry.

Thought they did a grand job of getting pole position for today.

Maybe why he would not sign for us it is a shame really if he knew Derby fans in a different light maybe he would have done.

Quite right. I was in the away end yesterday and refused to join in any of the Billy Sharp songs but sang all the others. I actually like Billy Sharp and wish he’d signed for us in the past. We’ve played them twice this season and lost by the odd goal both times, both scored by Billy Sharp.

From all Derby fans that we are sorry what was sung to you yesterday unfortunately some people drank to much and lost all scences but does not excuse it what so ever. And if that has upset your family it is same here or sheffield untied support please do not judge all Derby fans with same brush.

Kathcairns reacted to jono in Derby County Administration (with the slight possibility of Liquidation still there)
In a way I am semi serious. Gibson tends to part on good terms with managers. It must have been very special to win that pot. It’s foolish to think they wouldn’t have a great bond and had a chat or two.

How’s this for a conspiracy theory. Steve Mac was Gibsons inside man. After all he gave Gibson his only trophy

I think with Covid perhaps some older fans havent been going away so much so perhaps the younger fans who want to cause trouble are more concentrated together in away grounds so unacceptable songs perhaps get going more easily. Of course the majority of our young fans are funny and lovely, shouldnt be tarred with the same brush and are the lifeblood for the club going forward. Our away support has been so excellent it is real shame we are even talking about this.

I was there also and me and my mates couldn’t understand it and didn’t partake in it and it was unfair on the player regardless of his history

It’s absolutely rife. People were in and out if the toilets at the pub when England played the Czech Republic during the Euros and that was a Wednesday night.
Got a couple of mates who are well into it and you’re probably looking at £100 for three grams.
No more expensive than smoking, really.
Theres a MAJOR drugs issue in this country and football is just a reflection on that.

It’s the reason I don’t go to away games any more. We had a problem with one of our young fans at Wembley and it’s totally put me off.

I often find myself feeling a bit uncomfortable with fans’ behaviour. I won’t let it stop me attending because if people like me stop going there’s no one to dilute the idiots.
Been lucky enough to not hear the 2 mentioned in the original post by @DarkFruitsRam7but the Collymore song and the Rooney shxgs who he wants song make me cringe to my core. Toenail curling stuff.

Went to Peterborough away and the doughty chant suddenly started coming out at the train station. I mean aside from the fact it’s extremely poor taste and disrespectful and shouldnt be sung full stop - I don’t understand why it’s suddenly come back out again now.
