There are some really promising non-league players out there (I watch a lot of local football!):
Kabongo Tshimanga from Chesterfield being the stand-out goalscorer (assuming he can re-capture his pre-injury form).
Jake Eggleton (RB/CB) at Coalville Town is promising... very quick for a defender!
Bailey Hobson at Alfreton Town (AM/CF) is someone I can see playing in the EFL in the not-too-distant future.
I would have suggested Harry Boyes on loan from Sheff Utd too (he looked a class above playing for Solihull at LB last season), but I see he's already gone to Forest Green. Also from Solihull, their GK, Ryan Boot, had a great game the last time I saw them.

A shout for Liam assistant. Paul Trollope. Manager and Assistant Manager experience, knows the lower leagues, knows Derby being an ex-player and would’ve been assistant at Brighton when Liam was coach, out of work since sacked from Forest.

You never know... although his speech at the training ground at the end of last season did certainly make it seem like he was moving on. Maybe he hasn't had an offer he deems 'interesting' enough?
I hope he does stay... and that we can keep the players from last season still without other deals in place.

All we'd need is a decent L1 centre-forward, some competition for Roos and a bit of depth for the bench and that would be a pretty damn good 1st team.

I'd argue it's as much his brother, Simon, that has the knack for spotting players.
Nige can build a team though. Derby got to the play-offs after him (but he did completely turn the squad around), Sheff Utd a double promotion to the Prem with mostly the same team that he built (I thought they were harsh to get rid of him after taking them from the relegation zone to the play offs), he got Burton into the Championship, took Mansfield from the edge of the L2 relegation zone to the play-off final in 6 months... not bad to have on your CV however you look at it!

I am a Derby fan and will support the Rams no matter what.
Am I 'happy' as a fan at the minute?... Hell no! I've had more ups and downs in the last 18 months than Oblivion at Alton Towers! But I stick with it in the hope that good times will be back. Hopefully sooner rather than later! COYR! ?

We have to offer Rosenior first refusal, he might not be the right long term option, however given the timing of all this we are left with little choice.
There will be a list of targets which he will have been involved with the discussion, likewise renewals with those that are expiring, a plan going forward and we have to stick to that as much as we can.
We don’t have the time to create a new owner vision for the future and conduct a thorough interview process.
Bring players in, give us a squad to compete and use this season to get appointments behind the scenes right and review the first team management next summer.
Oh and please, please please no Nigel Clough, it’s been a rough year as it is, a return of Nigel would destroy the remaining bits of my soul right now. Thankfully he hasn’t spoken that fondly of his time at Derby, I hope that grudge he has is as strong as ever. 

Would be a great shout if we were going to go with someone completely new.
Still the only manager to win a World Cup (at any age group) with England other than Sir Alf (conveniently forgetting the guy currently managing F*rest who did it with the U17s too ?).
