Honest question. Years ago I went to a few away games and it was pretty easy to get a ticket. If you don't want the membership and only really want to go to one or two away games how easy is it nowadays?
Previously, fine. This year? Depends on the ground. Sheffield Wednesday? Should be fine. MK Dons? Fine. Burton? No chance.

6 goals in 323 games. Oh Jesus - he will fit right in with us.
Even with players going, this isn’t what we need.
I know the cliche of don’t write a player off but he’s literally scored no goals anywhere which as a midfielder is poor. He makes Jason Knight look prolific.
This is a strange one for me.
He’s a holding midfielder. What a weird thing to complain about. Do you complain about strikers without good clean sheets or goalkeepers who can’t head the ball?

Do we think CKR could be interested in a role with U23’s as over age coach/player and emergency player if needed.
Think it was common in the PL2/U23’s such as McShane for Manu I think.
CKR’s kid is in Burton’s academy and he’s put some money into their set up there. Person who told me thought he’d be going there - admittedly this was several months ago. Wouldn’t have shocked me at the time.

Does anyone have an estimate of the number of members in each category if we assume everyone who had membership last year renews?
Like a previous poster, Ive got a ST and went to a couple of away games last year.
If there's >2000 members with 20+ games under their belt I don't begrudge them first dibs at all but question whether a bottom rung membership is much better than ST alone in reality.
I’d guess the top 3 categories are a relatively small number. The bottom 2 is where it gets interesting. I don’t really want to buy a membership and only went to 1 away game last season I believe.

Really good pricing to be fair for those without STs.

Did they say Hamer was leaving Swansea too, as in Ben Hamer?
Yes, he was there too.

I like him, but I don’t think you want him and Stephens. And think it’s another pointer to someone in that midfield leaving.

I assume that we'll be paying compensation to City, like Werder should be doing for Buchanan? Any idea how much?
Only have to if they offered him a contract, which I don’t think they did.

Seems like he’s going to command a fee… so that would immediately rule us out wouldn’t it? Unless we can in fact spend and we just haven’t yet.

Love this signing. Actually comes with a better resume than Plange or Ebiowei did, for example, and whilst it might take him a little bit of time to really show what he’s capable of it’s a signing that really encapsulates that we have a future. Hopefully it pans out and we’re extending the deal this time next year.

I seem to remember that the administrators "sold off" the clauses on Delap & Gordon for an agreed price with their respective clubs, so don't think we'll be getting anything extra in the future I'm afraid.
Believe you’re right, definitely on Gordon. Unsure on Delap though but wouldn’t be surprised.

Could be Steve Howard for us this. He had a Luton connection too.

Collins, Fozzy and/or Stephens?
Would be my guess. Outside shot at Oduroh maybe.

They’re a tad further away which is a start, but Cambridge’s ground is really small so could be tough if we are going well. Oxford’s a little bigger so again, depends on how we are doing I would say.
