Tyler Durden got a reaction from Crewton in Billy Sharp Chants
Its not banter though is it that's the issue.
That form of office "banter" at work went out with square wheels and quite rightly has been recognised for masquerading as banter when in fact it was horrific personal abuse.

Is this where two or more blokes punch each other senseless in a cheery and friendly manner? ?

That's it then. Global media exposure closely follows.

He's probably got a spam filter on. Try removing the attachments of the huge phallus then should be OK.

Hey I’d rather be ‘up myself’ and hope that our fans can handle a couple of shandies without feeling the urge to start calling someone a rapist/sex offender.
but that’s just me. Proper up myself. Expecting a bit of decency. Up myself.

Spoke to several sheff its fans yesterday and they were very sympathetic to us and wished us luck. As one put it not only are we founding members of the league we take 3 or 4 thousand fans to them. wycombe take a minibus full and or cash us good for them

Tyler Durden reacted to CBRammette in A call to action
So I sent an email to RP and the other 3 non- footballing board members very politely setting out the human side of this a little. Sent in middle of night while Dad wandering and received reply at 7.17.
Please all keep doing this politely and perhaps with different angles to the email.
Gist of the reply was
- acutely aware of the importance of Derby County to the supporters
- know the history of the club.
- no agenda against the club (i didnt mention that)
- hope that a solution will be found.
if he is replying himself I am impressed actually that he is bothering. If it is a minion still good that they are replying promptly to individuals. Better than email going off to faceless organisation with auto-response.
what else are you going to do on a Sunday in January?

Tyler Durden reacted to Ramos in The Administration Thread
Alan Nixon now stating Mike Ashley is planning talks with EFL and Boro. Apparently Appleby and co want it to go to court of arbitration for sport - sounds like plausible stories. At least it’s a slightly positive one for a change. (Whether true or guesswork).

Tyler Durden got a reaction from jcidaho in The Administration Thread
His reply is totally inconsistent. In one breath he said that he can't comment on the merit of the claims and he doesn't know what the basis of the claims are but on the other he says that it's entirely obvious that they need to be addressed.
How can it be entirely obvious if he doesn't know the merits of the claims in the first place.

Tyler Durden reacted to angieram in Petition to the Sports Minister
Tom, she has already agreed to arrange a meeting with the Sports Minister on this.
A good way to encourage Amanda's involvement is to stress the mental health impact of all this on us as fans, she is very supportive.

Limited player. Tremendous heart. Sounds like he will be a big miss around the changing room. Good luck Shiniesta.

Tyler Durden reacted to In_The_Dark_Ram in Care about DCFC - how to email your MP
Aware of other threads, welcome the calls for action and petition - just placing some useful MP contact info in one place that doesn’t get lost within a thread – perhaps admins could compile a pinned/locked ‘DCFC Needs You’ post that gathers together the things supporters can do?
Emails to MPs DO make a difference.
Enter your postcode to find your MP: https://members.parliament.uk/FindYourMP
When you email be polite and include your address with postcode.
Here’s four local MPs – DCFC matters beyond the city:
1. Derby North - amanda.solloway.mp@parliament.uk - Conservative
2. Derby South - margaret.beckett.mp@parliament.uk - Labour
3. South Derbyshire - heather.wheeler.mp@parliament.uk - Conservative
4. Burton - kate.griffiths.mp@parliament.uk - Conservative
What to say? Up to you, be polite, but things like:
· The importance of the club for you, your family and community etc.
· How you feel the fans and city are being punished and EFL seemingly more obstructive than constructive to the future of a founding member of the league.
· Ask what your MP is doing to help save DCFC.
· Ask your MP to raise the issue with the EFL.
· Ask your MP to raise your serious concerns with Nigel Huddlestone MP - Minister for Sport, Tourism, Heritage and Civil Society.
Given the Middleboro FC claim is a big issue, if your MP is Labour perhaps ask them to raise this with the Middlesbrough MP - Andy McDonald
Given the Wycombe FC claim is an issue, if your MP is Conservative perhaps ask them to raise this with the Wycombe MP – Steve Baker
I’m sure others might have ideas, be useful to have a copy and paste email by someone who knows the details better than me.

Fair comment Roy.
I note with interest that the section of my post praising Rooney had been redacted by the original respondee but anyway.......

Tyler Durden reacted to RoyMac5 in 1 Year of Wayne Rooney
In our current situation (and we weren't relegated last season note) is that the only way to consider the manager's performance? And this season?
Two 'fans' voted 'very poor'! ? I'm never surprised by peoples opinions just more and less amused. ?

Tyler Durden reacted to i-Ram in 1 Year of Wayne Rooney
Has anyone mentioned the skewing of the poll choices? No? Ok I won’t go there.
I like Wayne, immensely. I didn’t want him as a player (expensively past it). I didn’t want him as a coach (potentially, and in my view, ultimatately undermining Cocu). I didn’t want him as Manager (not sufficiently experienced). I didn’t like his tactics last season (of changing the team to match the opposition).
He is a proper leader though, and a man’s man (if that is no too non-PC). He has committed himself fully to fighting for my Club, and in particular since September 2021 has been an absolute rock galvanising the team and the supporters.
I won’t vote though. I think the poll choices are skewed.
