Sounds like really promising progress. From personal experience CBT is an extremely powerful and productive tool and you should start to reap the benefits of it after the first few sessions. You should take immense pride in the fact that you've had the inner strength to go and seek out help yourself which you need to recognise as one footstep on your current road.
I used to have terrible problems with rumination and negative thoughts and was taught various methods of dealing with it some very simplistic but powerful ones for example physically moving your hand infront of your face to symbolise pushing the negative thoughts out of your mind or wiping the thought blackboard clear.
Remember to try and stay in contact with your friends and families especially more so during this lockdown, when I was at my lowest ebb I literally shut myself away, wouldn't answer the door or phone and cut myself off from all form of social interaction. It was a massive effort to reverse that so it's important that you try to maintain this human contact even if it's texting someone once a day or using this forum.
Keep us updated about your progress, have got no doubts that you'll make it, I know there's lots of people on here including myself rooting for you ?

Ava. Despite having John Malkovich and Colin Farrell in leading roles the film was absolute laughable, hackneyed tripe.
3/10 and that's just for Farrell's ridiculous haircut.

Signed, used to play there with my Dad. Couldn't believe it was a Municipal Course especially after savouring the delights of Sinfin and kids running off with your golf balls only to try and sell them back to you a few holes later.

Tyler Durden got a reaction from I know nothing in WTF unbelievable football tweets!
There seems to be a increasing ever growing unacceptable trend of posting racist tweets - over the past week Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial, Reece James and Romaine Sawyers all being the target of abuse.
Glad to see that one culprit has already been arrested - saddens me that people actually believe that this level of abuse is acceptable and also that the social media platforms don't seem to be doing enough pro actively to stop this vile filth being posted in the first place.

Watched The Mandalorian for the first time over Xmas. Not a huge Star Wars fan but was pleasantly surprised as to how engaged I became in the story from episode 1.

They've never stopped touring, just with different line ups. The Captain and Dave Vanian have been in most of the time (well Vanian all of the time) but Brian Jones left after the second album and then Captain and Rat fell out over money.
But a lucrative reunion beckoned so differences were put to one side.
Quite remarkably, Vanian's voice is as good as ever.

Exactly the same as me. Was asked if I'd seen The Mandalorian before and watched it to begin with detached interest but became more and more engrossed in the series as it went on.

Gets better the longer it goes on imo - by the end of season 2 its Star Wars nerd nirvana.
My 'oh god you're not watching Star Wars again' wife felt similar to you.  Started off reading a book whilst I watched it on the tv, ended up looking forwards to each episode, watching them at 9am as soon as they became available!
