It's all about the balance in the team isn't it, I mean there's not like a proportional link between the number of strikers you play and the goals you would expect - play 2 strikers instead of one and you expect to get 50% more goals and so on.

The standard of officiating in the EFL is extremely variable and uneven which is probably the least divisive way of putting it.
I don't think we've been particularly subjected to more bad decisions than any other team in the division per se, it's nearly November now so putting the points deduction aside I think our "real" league position is a fair reflection of where we are as a team and manager.

Only messing with you buddy! Not exactly a lot to be cheery about from a Derby perspective, least until we're out of admin. I'm trying to steel myself to get back to the gym myself for the very same reasons. I know the first two weeks will be hateful but the benefits will come soon after. Anyway, well done mate! I know someone who's a good friend of Pat Lyons.
Said he come in to the club and essentially thought he'd be good enough for the first team straight away. 
Put him with the U23s and they couldn't believe how bad he was. 
Literally nowhere near the level of any of the U23 players so that's why he barely got a kick for the U23s.
The lad will not go anywhere.

I'll be honest with you I was asking about the communication of information as was considering joining and already had a look on your weblinks....so the fairest answer would be I do join then at least I can give an informed opinion.
