Sorry if this has already been mentioned why is the stadium not being included in the sale?
This was always my concern that we end playing in a stadium we don't own at the mercy of whoever the owner is.
If this is an attempt by Morris to claw some more cash back for himself after dumping the club in administration then its disgraceful 

it could be included. The price is the £20m mortgage,
The rent is £1.1m a year if we don't own it. Mel continues to pay the mortgage.

Another stupid question,  if the EFL rule that Wycombe and Boros potential compensation are non footballing claims then aren't they fireproof as they have already done a deal with Boro that they can't sue them so there will be no recourse as Boro can't sue.

Stupid question--from the off the administrators have communicated confidence that a buyer will be found.
Boro have asserted that the administrators knew all along about their compensation claim. So who would buy the club with this massive potential liability roped on.
Who is lying or did the administrators have a plan to nullify these compensation claims that now have been proved to be fallible?

It seems the Admins were working along the lines of monies owed to any successful claim by Boro and/or Wycombe would be non-secured, non-footballing debt.
The EFL, for whatever reason, will not let that happen as it stands - as they are refusing to rule in either direction.

Yes this, when Couhig said that Morris admitted in an interview that he was fully aware that as soon as he published the new accounts the club would be hit by sanctions. Implication is that Morris deliberately timed these events which would show some form of premeditation.
Have to admit not sure which interview Couhig alludes to but don't think he's daft to start making up things that Morris allegedly said in public.

I remember a few weeks ago I got right royally slagged for having the temerity to intimate that the lack of updates from the administrators was truly shocking.

That's a reasonable point by Couhig...but I took it to be a sop and a bluff. In private they want ££££; they know it won't stand up in court, but they are chancers...you can get a long way being a chancer. Just look at Donald Trump.  

The overarching theme in all of this was the understanding of both Wycombe and Boro that there is some pot of funds available that they want their slice of the pie of.
The Wycombe chairman was at pains to point out several times that the admins still haven't agreed how much of that pot will be given to HMRC, how much to Dell etc so therefore until this is done they can't then agree how much can be allocated to Wycombe and Boro and presumably then the two clubs will judge this be acceptable or not for them to withdraw their claims.
