Only 6 teams have scored fewer goals and him playing in the 10 scoring only twice, creating only three goals, probably is the main cause of that. 
Still, he does work hard and fans love a trier, but when you want a player to step up and win a game - he isn’t that guy. 

No.  I don't particularly enjoy the way we play but I enjoy us winning and being within touching distance of the automatics. 
For what it's worth I think we'll probably miss out on automatics and probably lose in the playoffs.  I think we're too predictable and inconsistent.  The better teams will be able to nullify our threats and exploit our weaknesses.   It'll be disappointing but not the end of the world.
I just don't feel the need to bitch about it at every opportunity, or twist everything to be a negative about the manager.  Or write off players who have had no time to show what they're capable of.  I just can't see what you're getting out of it.   If I felt like that I'd stop watching / supporting us.

Hourihane can’t run - I get that.
What I can’t understand is why he takes the deepest midfield position.
He is the most likely of our midfielders to score a goal. He should be the most advanced and thus able to hover around the edge of their box when a ball is crossed.
Bird and whoever can sit deeper and play it simple like Hourihane does. They will also be quicker to support the defence, whereas once passed, Hourihane is stuffed and out of the game.
