There's more to life than money.
You may be too short sighted to understand that there's even more to life than Derby County.
This is nothing to do with Newcastle United or the views of their entitled fans.
This is to do with Mike Ashley, the unpleasant person and terrible employer.
So swivel whatever you like.... And learn more about life, the world and everything in it.
Wow you’re really taking the high ground. Telling someone to get out more and learn about life, the world and everything in it. Well I agree totally with DCFC27. And you can’t accuse me of being short sighted. I worked for 30 years on British aid projects abroad mainly in developing countries, from the Caribbean, to Africa, the Middle East, India and Malaysia. Oh and Kazakhstan. I’ve experienced different customs, food, heat, ways of thinking. I’ve been arrested, I had to flee rebels in Sierra Leone, caught Malaria. So I’ve, to quote you, learnt more about life, the world and everything in it that I suspect you have. So try to not be so condescending to a fan who just wants the best for his team. OK, rant over, back to my beer.

It was originally a Millennium Project bid, we lost out London of course, but the bids that did not win got some extra funding.
Agree, that’s when and why the City Pride project was set up. Wouldn’t mind if the name changed to a sponsorship name though

I'd welcome Ashley.
I always thought the name Pride Park was a bit pretentious anyway ?
Note that it is called Pride Park because it came about through a government project i worked on for a time in the 1990s called City Pride where councils could apply for funding to develop derelict areas. Derby’s application was successful, along with several others. Nothing to do with a feeling of deep pleasure or satisfaction, which I am getting now. No not that, the idea of Ashley taking over. Great news.

He changed it like borid
Hmm. Borid apparently can mean:- A binary compound of boron with a more electropositive element, or a beetle of the family Boridae

Diving still very much part of the game... even with VAR. Bernardo Silva's dive today looks like it will help seal another title for Man City. Shocking miss by Martinelli as well.
Looked a certain penalty to me

I have been at the Google again. The pressing issue on this thread is who is the lady with the drumming fingers.
After extensive research I have discovered that she is Brie Larsen. I found this after a lot of googling.
You sure it’s not Paris Stilton?

If we stay up because three other teams get points deductions then I’m giving up on football.
Eh? You would rather us get relegated? What a strange man you are

Thanks David. Didn’t touch the ball, a bad foul worthy of a red I think

Glad to see us fans getting recognition. The atmosphere is the best it has been since 2013/14 (with 10,000 less fans). We made a hell of a racquet yesterday!
Is that a posh racket?

1-0 I’m afraid. Our luck for three on the bounce won’t last, but if it does I will run naked around PP stadium

If anyone is wondering about his odd sounding surname, it’s Ghanaian. Not an uncommon name there.
Things that annoy me but shouldn’t..
