I haven't posted on here for ages as have been busy with work etc but feeling a bit emotional tonight. The EFL, Middlesbrough, and Wycombe will all be stains on football forever if they allow this to happen. But if the worst case scenario happens we'll be a phoenix club cheered on by an entire city. And we will bounce all the way back. By the time we're back in the Championship, the EFL will have been declared not fit for purpose, Wycombe will still be a tinpot League 1 team, and Steve Gibson will still be a Bamford.
I've never supported Derby expecting us to win anything, that's boring, I support the club because it's always been a shared passion I have with my Dad and my family all come from Derby. I don't want that to be taken away from me, and I know DCFC matters even more to lots of the members of this forum.

Anyone else feel really low, Derby was the only thing for a lot of us to pull us out of the covid depression I'm genuinely unsure of what to do with myself every weekend from February until forever

I’ve always thought it’s backwards how business owners not just in football can leave businesses in admin or just fold them and walk away owing people thousands/millions. Then a lot have the cheek to start another business in a different name and can carry on as normal, not even bothered about the people they’ve left in the ****. Clearly MM is one of those, if he had any decency he’d clear HIS debts even if that meant selling his own assets. 

I'd be unhappy if we were blocking people from entering our country based on them not having a vaccination.

Djokovic had tested positive for Covid in the middle of December. 
He was less of cause for concern as far as the virus is concerned than someone who had received their second jab 3 months a go and was sat in the stands watching. 
I don't care if Australia want him there or not, but to say it was a decision on health grounds is just wrong.

Muh red globalists are better than blue globalists or vice versa. I don't particularly care about Bojo or Starmer. The larger picture is that the people pushing lockdown rules, mask/vaccine mandates worldwide have consistently shown through their actions that they don't actually view covid as a threat when it comes to their personal lives.

Sat here in bits again. My dad is really really ill and his bad days seem to coincide with bad news Derby days. He is Derby through and through and I'm not sure he understands or is aware of the off the field stuff now but I know later watching those goals on Quest with him how he will light up as little else makes him do now. That is why we have to save our club. It is not about amortisation, stadium sales, law suits, points deductions, etc. it is about watching those goals with my dementia-ridden dad and seeing his happiness for a few minutes later knowing we're off the bottom. The wonder of dementia is he will have forgotten tomorrow so we can do it all again several times. So duck the EFL, Morris, Gibson and the nobody chancer from Wycombe. We are better people than all of you and how dare you threaten the existence of our Derby family. 

This is the most emotional season ... Six days a week dragged down daily by horrible news, but the team lift us up every Saturday.

Get to the end of the season by selling a few players in the window and try and sort mess out then

Heartbreaking this is. Mel Morris, what have you done. I can’t put into words what this club means to me and all of us.

SM denied he was contacted(that may be true)but later said his representatives were contacted, Unfortunately a Premier team came calling, MM couldn't get him too commit to DCFC then knock knock knock MM sacked him, For the right reasons imo.

I was with you then it occurred to me the damage caused to crusty the clown and I quite like old crusty so will have to go after Gibson on different ground??‍♂️

Since the EFL are ultimately responsible for this poo show, we could all bring small claims against them for the psychological and emotional damage their incompetent handling has caused us, as consumers. Only costs £35 and if they got a few hundred might have to explain themselves. 
Or we go one further and crowdfund a lawyer prepared to take them to court, during which every aspect of their handling and decision making would have to be put on record, including conversations with Gibbo. Could well bring them down.
