I actually have no problem with the managers he brought in sort from the fact none of them continued a style of play. For example, no one minded Rowett when we were 2nd in the league at Christmas. If we had then signed Warnock or Dyche etc we would have been able to move on from a style of play without ripping the team out. 
 
If we had gone from Mac to Cocu or Thomas Frank. We wouldn’t have been signing Butterfield Johnson Anya Blackman etc. We would have just signed players that complimented what we had. 
 
Unfortunately, every manager we have brought in wanted to rip the squad out and we ended up with Deadwood players that in all honesty we probably ruined their careers as well. 
 
I do think he should have constantly had scouts looking for the next manager who could have worked with the players we had rather than just reacting to the scenarios.

I do think transfer embargo’s are a much more appropriate punishment than point deductions. You’re trying to sign players by paying more than allowable… so embargo that club for a season or two. I think points deductions should be kept back for more serious breaches.

Interesting to see how this pans out, I feel we weren’t as blatantly underhand as Sheff Weds -  they litterally sold their ground and tried to put it in the accounts for the previous year retrospectively to stay compliant (that’s borderline fraud) 
Ours has been so much more subjective - 1 panel agreed with us another agreed with the EFL. I would have thought on that basis we shouldn’t get any more than them. In fact less as I genuinely believe that in the way we made up our accounts it was thought to be allowable - to the extent it’s taken 4/5 years for it to be found not to be. So there is some mitigation here. 

Has the embargo actually helped us this year…? Genuinely I’m finding that the tighter our budget the more value we’re getting for money… granted it would be nice if we could get 2/3 more player to help us change a game but I’m quite happy with our starting 11

Can see us winning this convincingly, we’ve played well created chances and had plenty of shots in the first few games. Night and day compared to last season. I feel like it will all come together on Saturday and we’ll be score some goals. 
3-0 by half time. They’ll reorganise in the second half and that’s how it will stay. Confident! 

Glad you pointed him out, first half IMO he looked like a rabbit in the headlights kept missing headers and making bad decision however second half he was the complete opposite and looked a real player. Someone at half time has said the right thing as he came out looking a foot taller with a new found confidence. Really liked what I saw.

So we’ve got the £80m ground sale and £39m allowance plus some mediocre player sale - Hendrick Vydra hughes Ince. We’re up to £150m potential allowance over a 3 year period. If we have spend more than that we deserve what we get ?

Just before he left* I think it was the gates that got him the sack in the end i think the gates were dropping below 20k on Saturdays. 

Club feels like it did when Clough jr left. Fans loosing interest lowering attendances. Yet a core of fans that go every week rain or shine and fully supportive of the team and manager. 
I don’t think the fact we don’t have a ticket office helps and obtaining a ticket is a little more difficult. I never have bought season tickets in a while due to never knowing if I can make the game until late notice. (Tbh I don’t feel like I save too much money as I end up making most games) so I’d buy them in the ticket office on the day. That option isn’t available now. They’ll be loosing around 500 odd fans from just tickets on the day. Also not selling season tickets can’t help. 
Having gone to the games I do feel the atmosphere amongst fans is a whole lot more positive than on the forum.
