I really want shut them up now I really want us all 38k of us out singing them before we even get into wembly this reminds me of Derby vs wba in 2007 they all backed wba to win until stephen person got the winner. I really hope tom lawarance gets one for his mum. To send all go wild like he dud against reading first game of the season.

On the contrary. First game, lost 4-1; second game, lost 2-0; third game, lost 1-0. He and the team are learning and we are doing better.
Maybe we'll win the fourth game
And maybe not, but it doesn't stop it from being an excellent season.

    Here it is guys.
I’m sure that I have bored enough of you with my posting of Derby county shirts over the years, twenty years I have been collecting them, I have got around 270 now, the initial intention was to collect every Derby shirt since I born the fourth day into the new decade of the 1970s it was all about to get busy.
Two first division championships, a European cup semi final, a charity shield win, fa cup semi finals, Clough and Taylor, the doc, Arthur cox, the bald eagle and now Frank at the wheel, relegations, nearly going bankrupt! Owners Maxwell, Pickering the three amigos, local boys done good in Sam and Mel, Todd, McFarland, Hector, Davison, Mcminn, Davies, fly British midland, le Coq, Umbro ,Patrick they are all in there,
the origin of the badge, the redesign of it, the first kit, the first team.
I joined up with the official club historian Andy Ellis and Jason Shardlow who has a fantastic knowledge of the history of football kits and I think we have come up with something quite unique and a first for the Derby County fans out there !
Some of it you know some of it will be new to you, the full documented and researched history of the Derby County Football shirt !
it was the fantastic feedback from you fellow forum members that planted the seed of this idea so let’s see where it goes !
    up the Rams !🐏🐏

    order it here !

Derby fans are a riot! (I count myself among)
    1. Absolute pandemonium when Derby can’t get a CB across the line during the most expensive time to buy one
    2. Brings in (on trial/and a free transfer) an accomplished CB/RB for (cover)that shows the types of traits the boss wants in a CB/RB
    3. Fan base explodes that Derby must be daft! We had a CB cover (man who hasn’t been able to crack the bench.) Why bring in this dross!!!
    4. I’m sitting here just waiting to see if he even makes the team. If he does- great! Backup for the run in. Which is more then Pearce showed.
Typing this on the fly...I’m sure I’m missing some points to make...just wanted to fire off a message.

The club has to give the fans a clear plan of what the direction of the club is next season. At least give the fans clarity on what to expect in the coming months. It's clear to me there will be an emphasis on bringing through youth players. I'm delighted about that. For me it's more on the pitch that needs, what style are we going to play? Because we do look clueless. The major point to be addressed.
Frank has bought wisely with the money reinvested from player sales. Our most expensive signings Marriott and Waghorn are good/great Championship footballers. Malone hasn't looked great and neither has Flo Jo. So how much money has he really wasted compared with the previous managers? Rowett, Clement and Pearson bought poorly (minus Vydra) with no resale value on any players. And Frank is paying the price for his predecessors failings.
We had our chance with buying power and the club blew it. And now the club need to watch the pennies. Fans need to accept it and get behind a young manager who's willing take a chance on youth and wants to build a new squad over time.

Leave him to figure it out. I’m more bored of the answer to all our problems walking through the door every 2 minutes.
Just leave someone to build a team. Tbh I don’t care if that’s Frank Lampard or Frankie and Benny’s. Just let it be done

Are you honestly advocating the sacking of another manager (yes...stop sacking managers is pretty important), when the team still sit within a shout of Playoffs with 14 games left?
This isn't just directed at you RoyMac5...but any who are even thinking about a new Manager...what do you want here? Do you really sit and think a new manager is just going to come in and say...OH, that's what needs changing; and all of a sudden - promoted! ??
It's going to take a good 3-4 years with the same Manager slogging through hold-over players, new signings, tactical changes, Big wins, crushing losses, and most of all our support.

YES- Lampard deserves to have more time. Silly argument- really. 6 Managers in the last 3.5 years. Let's stabilize that area for a couple years, then see what happens. COYR

I understand the point of no return aspect (Managing is pretty cut-throat business at this level). I guess it's a me-problem. Because I can't wrap my head around someone deciding any Manager has hit a point of no return within a couple of seasons.
For me, that is just too small a sample size. Maybe that's why I'm not a Manager in the League 🙂
