It almost certainly won't happen now I've said this, but I'm not sure I've ever wanted us to smash a team so badly.

Derby - tens of millions in debt to HMRC and various other creditors - able to afford players like McGoldrick, Hourihane, Chester, Barkhuizen, Collins, Mendez-Laing.. They've truly gotten away with murder. I despise them, possibly as much as MK now
I still can't believe the EFL let them delay submitting their accounts, which relegated us in the end. The accounts were already 3 or 4 years late.
They'll be back in the Champ in a year or two with a solid squad. In contrast, we were deprived of the only chance to ever see our team in the Championship. That will always grate. I completely hate them

 

Don't worry.  The big plan is to say that a team finishing in the bottom half of the table couldn't sell 40 million quids worth of players to premier league teams due to covid.  Apparently, mythical money is ok.  Couldn't make it up. Hypocritical a- holes

Fairly professional job done.  Their player Lapslie should have been off twice.  Filthy player.  Osula needs to learn to pass rather than run into 3 players.  if he passes to McGoldrick once in the first half and after a 60 yard sprint by the old boy in the second, it's 7-0.  He looked proper pissed off with the second after that run went begging.

Thanks for your post. I think it's going to be difficult as you say.
I think we need an out and out striker and another creative midfielder. We struggle to break teams down unfortunately who sit back. 
I look through Derby's team and from the outside it looks as if you have a strong team. You'll do well this season after a shaky start.

Taken to a replay by might Salisbury the following season in Round 2. Attendance 6177 at the shitty ground . 
 7204 in attendance, so less than 6000 derby fans bothered to show up

Back to work today in Strell-eh (post bit of Nottin'um) and seemingly the biggest achievement so far this year is surpassing their rivals' last PL points tally. Since August, I've not seen the gumps showing this level of excitement. Oh and Lingard is now a "top signing".

Happens fairly regular now for cup games.  Shame for Torquay as a programmes always nice for kids/collectors as a memento of a match that won't come round that often.

Did they not do that in the East Midlands last year on our pitch.  Certainly looked like it for about 7 months.

He's been man of the match in there last 3 internationals.  Sadly, we didn't make best use of him in his natural position from the get go this season.  If we had, I'd expect we'd have a fair few more points and seen better from Hourihane.  As it is, with no advancement with contract talks noted since September, I expect he will move on in January.  Won't begrudge it as he was pretty much the only one true to his word after last seasons end of season exodus and hasn't moaned or used dodgy employment law to force a move or gone on holiday to Amsterdam via Udinese to get a move.

At least there will be a bar in the ground which is more than there was at Torquay.
