Without knowing what LR’s role is here it seems a bit strange to ‘rate’ him.
He may have a job title but I doubt anyone here actually knows what his exact roles are. 
Is it his job to relay messages from Rooney to the first-team? Is he the person who sets out first-team coaching and actually works directly with the players on systems and style? Or does he monitor the opposition and identify their strengths and weaknesses before relaying that info to our players?
Maybe he is excellent in analysis and tactical set-ups but is a poor communicator? Maybe he’s not.
So many variables.

What size penalty would people accept to put the umbongo behind us?

Nugent? If Frank had started him I'd agree with the crackpot theory that he intentionally set us up to lose. Thankfully Nugent wasn't even on the bench.
Bennett didn't provide much, but he was very isolated. The players who would normally be expected to get up to support him were too busy trying to contain Villa. I don't think Villa's first was lucky. It was deserved after they'd dominated us for the first half. It was always going to be a massive call starting Bennett on his own. Lampard was rightly worried about Villa's attacking strength, but his plan didn't work. We know all too well what's become of Marriott since, but I'll never understand not starting him after the Leeds 2nd leg. The guy was on fire.

Probably a stretch to far at the age of 39 but I wonder if there’s Any consideration from Wayne to play jags as a holding John eutace type 
give the back line some much needed protection .. he’s played that role before in his career 
doesn’t have to run anywhere , Stay away from the channels and plonk himself infront of the centre backs ready to step out and engage when needed 
eustace did it so well it became an art 
have u legs around him in the likes of shinnie, knight , Morrison etc etc 
rekindle the 433 and get Morrison and Lawrence higher up the pitch

Appreciate all the messages, especially the one that said I’m young. Whilst I hear all the you have nothing to apologise for messages, I feel I did and couldn’t just swan back in here like nothing had happened.
Now I have addressed it and the football is back, hopefully we can all draw a line under this episode and move on.
This is a time when we all need to be together right now.

We will not move forward as a club until a new owner is at the helm and had a chance to make his mark. It’s just disappointing to see Mel putting his trust in these characters, twinned with two failed takeovers to two different charlatans. Along with everything else. It’s just a poo situation and the sooner we can put all this behind us and shelf the ‘Mel Morris era’ as one that had highs and lows, the better.

These people are dodgy and if Mel has asked Samuelson to sell Derby then were dodgy by association. Just Mel saying the way of getting out of paying the 150m in one go might get us into hot water with the EFL when they see it. I agree its not against any rules but that line of defence hasn't worked very well for us lately has it?

Im not actually disagreeing with you. What im saying is will the EFL see it like that? Or will they think this is another way Mel is trying to put one over them and every other club in the league. Not perfect when were trying to get them to let us sign more players before the deadline
