Just a tad disappointed...we could and should have had 8, Their keeper wont play a better 2nd half than he did today, We clear one off the line and they do the same, The hattrick man should have had 4 when blazing over the bar, Morecambe as the game went on were torn to pieces, 1st half they had 7/8 behind the ball we found it a little cramped round the box, The free kick was in the same place as the one before, Excellent play with a little touch for our man to score.
2nd half literally one way traffic, Morecambe just didn't have the ability to out think, Out muscle, Out perform our fitness, We may be 2 league1 teams but today the gulf was far far to big for Morecambe to bridge.

I've been really ill for the last few weeks, so missed both Bolton and West Ham. 
Still not feeling that good, but a nice walk along the river and then feasting on that liquid football has been quite the tonic. 
We're going up.

Just isn't fair on the other sides taking a battering from us week in week out.

Let's hope so, but I never take anything for granted being a Derby fan. 

Cashin has to start for me. I love Curtis but Cash has been immense and we’re better with him in the team.

Diego has started the matches thread.... and all is ok with the world again. Easy three points.

Even if we were a Prem team with Prem quality players and were several places above them in the league we could have an off night and lose 2 0 to West Ham.  That's how football works.  1 result in isolation means nothing.
We don't really need to put anything into perspective in my opinion.

We need to get behind Collins. He is an old fashioned honest league 1 centre forward playing against Premier League defenders tonight.
He's going to score some important goals for us, and his work rate and effort will tire defenders and make chances for others.
I don't know what anyone expected us to get when we can't buy anyone.

We weren't our usual selves i'm afraid, I suppose some credit due to WH who
seemed to get every second ball, and were great at disrupting our efforts.
Every Derby Fan knows we could have won that on a different day, but we
need to make amends on Saturday against Morecambe - and I'm sure we will!

And that was it. You watched their back 3 .. so comfortable on the ball when under pressure. Much as I like him, Collins touch was poor today for sure, but the quality of what he faced was 2 leagues apart. They seamlessly shifted from 3 to 5 as they won and lost possession. It was interesting when Cash came on how much more composed we looked. It’s about quality. We did well and weren’t disgraced. There isn’t THAT big a gap but it’s there in all those 50/50 moments, in consistency and the number of unforced errors. 
 
Thought Roberts had a good game and Fozzy. Knighty did well but was out numbered.

Knew we wouldnt win as soon as saw Didzy wasnt starting and it was all a bit meh. Not that disappointed with such a small squad. As soon as PW saw wasnt working subbed off key players for Saturday. 
Good points - dobbin not on fire so hopefully no recall tomorrow, unbeaten run broken against PL opposition not in league, none of youngsters really shone so hopefully no late bids
Bad points - Collins shouting at everyone else (just hate it - look at yourself first perhaps), Max (hope not too serious), most stupid away fans (you've only come to see us, being typical cockneys giving it the big I am when they beat a league 1 team of youngsters and oldies 2-0) 
Anyway bank the cash and move on. A year ago very nearly out of existence. Love my Derby ??

Compared to the Wrexham v Sheff Utd game yesterday, this fell flat as a spectacle.
I don’t think you can fault the effort, but we lacked some spark and some bravery. We didn’t ask West Ham enough questions. McGoldrick was a huge miss and Dobbin should have started.
We then didn’t help ourselves by switching off too easily and conceding two tame goals. But those are the margins when you face a Premier League side. You make a small mistake, you lose focus for a moment, and it can be thoroughly punished.
It’s disappointing to lose in the manner that we did, but fortunately we have a quick turnaround and can get back to winning ways right away with a favourable home game on Saturday.
What did we learn? McGoldrick is the glue that binds the team together and we need another option if his current injury or any future injuries are serious.

I wasn’t expecting a win tonight. I was a bit disappointed with our performance. The only way we would have won was to try and hassle them and not give them any room. Instead we gave the ball away easily and didn’t win any battles. West Ham didn’t break a sweat. It’s not that important. What is important is whether Bird is ok and 3 points on Saturday.

It feels like the 14/15 season to me, under Mac  -  Champagne football,
being compared to Barcelona etc.. at times we seemed to be unstoppable.
I do genuinely believe on every matchday that we are going to win  
long may it continue  ?

Did just want to add that the ball Fozzie played through to Dobbin against PV  (before D fluffed the chance) was one I doubt Fabregas could have managed on that pitch
