Whenever I manage to get up for a game and the majority of the ground start singing that chant really gets me. 
Great to hear everybody in fine voice and its sounds amazing, but it is a nod back to the tough times we have been through and are coming out of.  
I am in my own little Derby bubble down here, but the worry was all consuming back then, looking on here and the DET for updates and any crumb of positive news.  You don't know what you've got till its (almost) gone.
 

Brian Clough was a traitor. Not only did he walk out on us and ruin our chances of being multiple league and European champions, but he then goes to our greatest league rivals at the time (Leeds)
To make it worst he then joined our greatest rivals in Forest and mocked us even further.

Hi new member, all the way up in sunny Fife,  just joined today, never really bothered about forums before but feel exciting times are back around the corner for the Rams so here I am to keep up with the news for the new season etc
looking forward to the new season and hopefully end back where the club belongs. If Ipswich can do it then there’s no reason why the Rams can’t.

I used to love Arthur Smith's radio stuff, but I went to see him compere a night at a comedy club and every other word was 'f***' - it just wasn't funny. As my wife said "if I want to watch a bloke swearing all night I'd watch a Derby game on the telly with you".

I don't see how anybody can judge a player like Elder until he has had a decent run in the team and got his fitness back up. Give the guy a chance!

Definitely one of my favourite players within the past ten (or ever!) years and I'm sure many of you feel the same. Epitomises our club.

They're not in Administration and they've got hugely wealthy owners. They'll survive. When they took the piss out of us, we were on the brink of oblivion and their taunts must have made some of our more vulnerable fans even lousier, so I think we're allowed a bit of schadenfreude at their expense.

If Wildsmith played for say Portsmouth and had just won the golden glove with a clean sheet every other game, is at a good age and was being released, Derby fans would be saying straight away we should sign him up....

Follow that by he is about to come into the peak age for a GK. I’m trying to get my head around why people want him gone. He has saved us a lot more times than he has cost us.
