We’re the better team and should be ahead barring that defensive lapse.
Midfield is where it’s at, Shinnie, Bird and Knight doing the bulk really well and it looks balanced. Lawrence and Festy contributing well too, although Festy could do with being a little deeper to make better use of his pace.
There’s more pace in the side and more movement as players know they are likely to get a pass for their efforts.
Baldocks a really mixed bag, good closing down and good work for the goal, but not good enough in possession generally.
    Looks good!

Hate to say it but we’ll go on to lose this now, our game management is non existent
Put your money on Mason Bennett to score the winner just to rub it in

I'm not sure why people think it's the Glasgow Krays v Kirchner. There are at least 2 other parties who have progressed to the same stage

I don't think fans dressing up in Arab dress is offensive. If they stereotyped people by 'blacking up' or imprisoning their female cousins then it may be offensive.

Knight is best suited to a midfield 3 which we don't play. Buchanan is an ok championship player, pretty much unchanged. Sibley is the enigma. He does a couple of things superbly but some of his play is really poor. To some extent the player himself has a responsibility to learn and improve.

it's a collective responsibility. I'm not sure to what extent the Sibley/Jozwiak malaise is down to improving them as players, finding a formation that suits them or a different style of play. Perhaps it's easier to work on improving individuals when you aren't in such a desperate position.

    Yes
Though he has improved Bird, who has possibly been our best player this year.

    There are so many imponderables.
In an ideal world the takeover will be complete and all unknowns will be known before the  end of the Jan window.
That to me would then be a level playing field in terms of how a manager can operate

If so, shall we move onto the next game?
We are all disappointed in the last couple of games, but having read about sacking Rooney, players not caring, players giving up, our recruitment is awful, we are definitely down  even down without a points reduction in the last 24 hours, it's time to regroup and be realistic.
Rooney wasn't the best manager in the Championship 4 games ago and he isn't the worst now. What we do have is a thin squad mainly made up of veterans and youngsters. We started yesterday's game with half of our outfield players aged 34 to 39. With the new manager bounce they played a high tempo and we got overrun. We look tired and are ready for the international break.
Are we going down? We are certainly up against it. There are so many variables, admin points appeals, ffp appeals and takeovers and that's before we get to what happens on the pitch. I think the players are giving their all and until the Blackburn game, so were the fans. These are trying times and we need to stick together and stay optimistic. We need to still be in the fight when the New Year comes. By then we should know more about points deductions, new owners and transfer capabilities.
If we get deducted 21 points, there is little hope, but we can't give up yet. Every point is vital and every fans support is too. I hope that our fans recent negativity doesn't transmit to the games. so let's all dust ourselves down and keep supporting our great club as best we can.
I don't know if we can manage this great escape but if we do, it will take the collective will of all of us.

Good free kick from Thompson for Cashin yo score a bullet header. Classy second when Louie Watson robbed Blackburn of possession,  played a great ball through to Stretton for a cool finish.
Great ball from Dixon into Stretton for his second.
    3-0 after 9 minutes.
