This is uefa trying to deflect blame from themselves and the police and they will be lucky if they don't find themselves prosecuted

From the reports I've seen that's complete rollocks and whoever is responsible for the organising of this event is lucky they haven't got a serious incident on their hands 

At the moment it's hard to tell weather it's the champions league or the eurovision song contest. 

Apparently fans trying to climb fencing and the police have delayed kick off for a security breach.
