I think we're just starting to feel like we need "a" win. Lost FA cup, lost to forest, disappointign v brum a win against Hudders would just help things along nicely, but any and every point is valuable and i'd take a draw.
It's winning v Jack Marriott's golfing school for golfists that really is going to make the difference.

We have only picked up 5 points in January , but it is always a bad month for us . We could do with 10 points in February. We always said with Beilik back Kamil would find his form. So let’s set up to win every game.

They are not creditors, football or non football. The definition of a creditor is a person or company to whom money is owing.

Fairly certain that Boro & Wycombe owners both know that their case would have less than zero chance of success in a civil court. They wont want to go down the legal route.

I agree. It's a real shame that the young talent is being sold on the cheap, to keep the lights on at PP.

He's obviously a talented footballer. OK, things haven't worked out for him at Derby. Having said that, a lot of things aren't working out at DCFC these days.....

He’s clearly a good player, just not a good championship player leagues too rough for him. He’ll go back abroad and have a good career.

It only takes a mindless minority to get a supporters bad reputation. Same for all clubs, including DCFC.

Definitely the case with Solloway and Latham. Neither are remotely interested in football or DCFC. Cynical bandwagoning.

I don't think HMRC will see it that way at all.  The £28m they are owed is a confirmed debt, whereas the other claims are unsubstantiated and irrelevant to a preferential creditor (HMRC)

You'll be in line behind Gibbo. He's dislocated multiple fingers typing furious emails to the EFL lambasting them for....
-adding on 6 mins when the ref was briefed using footage of that ref in afcon
    - not using Var to disallow the goal
    - not sending Bielik off for dangerous play
-not awarding a free kick to Birmingham when mengis hand was flagrantly shoved into the ball in the penalty area..... ?

The most important part of that is despite a pretty poor performance, we still found a way to scrape something from the game. Our squad's never say die attitude will get us more points before the end of the season and could make all the difference between whether we stay up or not. As a fan, you can never ask for more than 100% effort, and this team never give anything less.

I hope nothing silly happens at Boro. For a start, they'll send the repair bill to DCFC and have every right to do so.

What you are suggesting regarding those corporations, it's classed as tax avoidance, and while it's very unpalatable, it's not illegal.
What Mr Morris chose to do was to withhold tax payments that were legally due.... bad enough, he then made the conscious decision  to dump the circa £29m HMRC debt into administration. Appalling behaviour in my opinion.

Not so sure. It's definitely one of the main issues. I've certainly not heard or seen any agreed solution as to how the £28 million debt to HMRC will be resolved? Just speculation that it's 'OK'. Or perhaps I have missed something. Apologies if so.
