Well lads if efl dudction another 9 points not that I think they should have not done so. But well for me go and play with freedome and no fear and help us get new owners through the door. Yes we are going come up from league one but there competion we stand a chance of winning and we might as well have a decent cup run in the fa cup run.
You have most loyal supporters that will follow you any were we go. But your are our Derby county players and we love you.
    As chant goes
Oh Derby we do oh Derby we love you.
    Derby till I die
And to efl we shall not ever ever ever forgive you or forget this I promise you that and one other person you know who you are I hope you are happy with your selfs.

Best supported team home and away. New owner, vibrant young team with a couple of decent goal scorers. Challenging for promotion....jumpers for goalposts.........

Believe me … that is what the EFL want to do. They have a track record of vindictively pursuing clubs way out proportion to offences committed, especially when egged on by partisan committee members. It’s been my fear all along. I’ll swallow a pill of relegation. It will hurt, but ritual humiliation just isn’t right and I will rage about it all day long.

for the life of me I cannot understand where all the decent men have gone. ( maybe there never were any and I am just naive  ) This goes way beyond DCFC. There is a complete lack of nobility running through everyday life and from every political or sporting angle. Too many wrong uns out there.

Absolutely spot on. The clock is ticking...They wanted to kick the tyres and assert their timescale which fits their agenda but the Administrators quite rightly need to keep things moving.

I don't think this is the EFL's doing. I think the Administrators are looking for a commitment to a timescale which would be in DCFC's interest as well as creditors - allowing people more time might mean a January firesale is inevitable.

If Derby get a further 9 points they are relegated, so of course Derby have to appeal the 12 points already given.
Problem is the appeal against the points route been tried before and it failed.
It's very tough in League One as my understanding is that all clubs have very limited wage budget plus their transfer budgets are the same in as much as they are not allowed to spend beyond a certain amount on transfers.
That was designed to give a competitive level playing field.
Since derbys wages are potentially already to high, if in League One it would mean bringing in new players could be very difficult.
Plus I thought I read that Rooney wouldn't stay at Derby if they are relegated.
When I look at League bias it's very clear that the it exists in the championship, even without derbys transfer embargo, the clubs only allowed to spend a set amount on wages and transfers but those clubs relegated from the Premier league have Premier league quality players plus they get massive parachute payments over 3 years meaning they can be promoted very quickly.
So clubs without the luxury of parachute payments are hamstrung in terms of ability to compete.

Gibson's involvement is the weirdest bit of the whole saga. Not so much that he chose to get involved, more that the EFL allowed him to be quite as central to it all as he appears to be.

The sooner we get an independent regulator that isn't beholden to vested interests, the better.

I do hope that Nixon is wrong about this, for a number of reasons :
    1) I don't think you have a hope in hell of winning. Wigan tried this argument and got  short shrift. And there was a much stronger causal link between their problems and COVID than you can argue
    2) if you are citing COVID as the primary argument, it's just not true, is it? The decisions that led to your current situation may have been compounded by COVID, but they weren't caused by it
    3) this just plays into the "Gibson" argument (for want of a better phrase), that seeks to depict you as a club trying to wriggle off a hook instead of accepting you have been caught fair and square. Whether it is fair or not is a separate issue - it just LOOKS really bad. I can understand that goodwill is not your main worry though
As a Blackpool fan who has a vested interest in all this, I sympathise with those of you who just wants this resolved, along with Reading and anyone else who is in the dock for these sorts of offence. Lots of people outside your fan base feel the same way.
The EFL are supposed to be fighting for their lives at the moment, and trying to make themselves seem relevant in the context of the fan led review.  This dithering, with all the opacity that goes with it, is not fair on any of us. Hopefully, it will be fatal for them, because they long ago forfeited the right to run the competitions they are responsible for.

Keep the faith. Don’t let despondency set in. It’ll spread to the players. The Rams are still fighting. Fans need to lift the players. We need fans to keep working for the Club. It’ll be worth it. In fide fiducia.

Well today we play some excellent football and caused millwall all sorts of issues and festy scored a brilliant goal but unfortunately a mistake from curtis Dave's cost us and then natheran got send off from a costly mistake again but 10 men Derby hung in there to gain a point but could have been all 3 if boldock had scored that one last chance but left feeling pround of lads fight they had shown.

"Just got back from the game and disappointed that we didn't beat 10 men but fair play to Derby, their players showed bottle and no lack of skill. Also a decent turn out from their supporters who support a club that due to the circumstances are going to have a difficult season so respect to them too. Hope Derby stay up because the Championship will be more the poorer without them"
