I’d say that paying £9m for a player with one good season in the third division was absolute madness for a team in the second division.  I said so at the time.
We should have been paying a maximum of a third of that money for him - or loaned him with view to purchase, if promoted.

Warne going to this. Glad he's looking at lower leagues too. For one reason or another, we haven't plucked enough talented young lower league players lately.

Feel sorry for Darren Moore.
Not so much for Tom Daley tribute act Marvellous Marvin Johnson. His dive gave them this fixture. At least he got on the score sheet.

x2 players already in the pipe line and being shown around 
Warne off to conference play off final I’d like to think it could be Langstaff , Rodrigues  maybe Scott too 

maybe referees could use it too?

A CB who is strong in the air, two wing backs who can get up and down the line and wip in some good crosses, ball winning hard working CM and a goal scoring centre forward would be a good start for me.

Pace, power, athleticism.
We've got some technical ability already. But we get outmatched on the three above in basically every game.

Lewis Wing has left Wycombe. I’d be very surprised if we aren’t linked with him. He would be a very good signing - the difference in the two sides when we played them at their place. A real box to box midfielder coming into his prime years. 
Warne is a very public admirer of him too. 

Reagan Poole has left Lincoln, 24 year old right back, former Man Utd youth. Played 45 times in the league with 2 goals and 3 assists, captained them at times too. Comments on their website suggest he wants to pursue a chance at a higher level, that’s us right? Higher level of club if not league? Probably end up at a champ club but would be a good pick up on a free. 

How quickly the retained list comes out tells me that the plans have been in place for a while, which I really like. 

Some say they need to be kept refrigerated, I seem to recall.
