Stive Pesley got a reaction from Parsnip in Panic buying
My Morrisons order came, it was missing bread, butter, cheese and pickle
They substituted it for a cheese and pickle sandwich.

Lets hope that Keiran Maguire feels like sticking his big oar in again - why should he just hassle us!

When you think of it that way - if they give us a full 12 or even the rumoured 9 - for what wasn't really a clear cut breach - that leaves a lot of room for other clubs getting deductions for whatever minor misdemeanours they have.
And you may think the EFL won't want to be dishing out multiple points deductions (as that shines a spotlight on how daft and inconsistent their rules are) but if the other clubs get a sniff of potentially staying up if they can push for deductions against say, 2 other clubs on the basis of "well if what Derby did was worth a 12 point deduction then..."
Could get interesting

That's Ramstrust code for "we'll bring our own biscuits"

I like the one where your current energy tariff finishes and they put you on the "standard" tariff which is about twice as expensive, as if people are going "yeah I enjoyed paying an acceptable price for a while there but now I fancy just getting totally rinsed. Thanks!"
Or the one where your insurance is set to auto renew "for your convenience and to ensure continuous cover" whilst simultaneously hoping that you don't notice they have hiked the price by 50%
But it's OK because when you call them to cancel they can miraculously do it at the same price as last year

Turns out the two things British people are most afraid of are
1) Not having fuel in their car
2) Not being able to wipe their bums

In the absence of bogroll, a cup of petrol splashed over your bum cheeks and a quick spark from a swan vesta will do the trick. Perhaps we can encourage the morons to go in the direction of napalm enemas.

Doctors can’t get to hospitals, but you can get to the match, so that’s something at least.

See also a lot of evidence now about the positive effects of microdosing psychedelic drugs for treating long term depression and other mental health issues
We ought to be able to have grown up conversations about all drugs, seek to decriminalise and stop the politicians pandering to the reactionary and cyclical mindset of drugs must be bad because they are illegal
Not disagreeing per se, but is that more pronounced and obvious because they are so widely used and the impacts of them understood (because of their legal status)? I think most illegal drugs would have a detrimental impact on personal health if used in excess
Kinda funny that a guy I used to know who was a massive cokehead/pillhead is now all over FB with antivax propaganda because "he doesn't trust what's in it or what effect it might have on his body" ?

Is he mis-remembering the classic Derby story from the fuel shortage 20 years ago when they taxi driver filled 3 wheelie bins, and stored them in his front room. It melted the wheelie bins and seeped into his cellar. Cost £130k to clean up
