It’s not that straightforward, I’m sure progress is being made behind the scenes. Keep the faith.

EFL statement reads to me like, the initial meeting is no longer valid cause progress has been made and admins need that little longer to essentially named preferred bidder so the meeting that will then take place, can finally sort stuff out. That’s what I think it is. Sounds positive and finally no q and as, no he said, she said, a statement that actually sounds like let’s get this done. 

The title almost gave me a heart attack.

There was a snippet of Rick parry from five live on radio Derby and he just sounded so prickly and start moaning about the trial of social media. He offered no leadership. Guy is weaker than boris Johnson. 

BAWT has said on Radio Derby based on convos with Binnies they’d be very happy and comfortable with them taking over and that they’ve said they want to takeover for the long-term.

Whatever it is, it’s certainly between Mel and Gibson. I’m more inclined to think Mel is determind for Gibson not to get a penny from Derby County whether it’s from him or in the form of a new owner. So this is where this deadlock is really lying. 
 

Either Morris gives up and allows for the new buyers to come to an arrangement with Boro / wycombe. Or they back down - if neither blink they both have to live with destroying a football club and they and the EFL should all be investigated by a government enquiry for the parts they have all played.

Ah got them confused then - Surely Gibson was then admitting boros stadium is worth even less?! As Peter gadsby said in ‘pride’ Gibson actually supported the pride park build and told us what we could do to make it better than the riverside design.

I’m not sure I’d trust Gibson to find a sane QC after the valuer he found comparing pride park to Morecambe's ground and based on the apprentice he used to write his copy.
