I hope CK gets his payment through because that’s the best way to keep Rooney, keep current players and to attract new players.

Kirchner may end up being proven as a tyre kicker but if you take him at his word, there's something quite cute in his demeaner which means i feel a bit sorry for him how this is turning out.
He appears to be dead set in owning a football club and he seems to be smitten on the idea of us but yet despite his best efforts he can't quite get things over the line. Now we have ED accusing him of not having the cash, Dorsett and Sky banging Ashley's drum loudly and all this has me thinking whether CK is being poo housed by Ashley.
It seems awful strange that Ashley is coming round the final corner at a speed of light whilst Kirchner through no fault of his own is crawling towards the finishing line.
As @Ramosmentioned in his post, it seems like Ashley is dead set on having us and assumed CK wouldn't get passed the first hurdle. Now its close to being sorted he's pooed his pants and is trying every trick in the book to sabotage the deal.
If my speculation is correct (its probably not) I can't help but feel sorry for a guy who's genuinely tried to save us asap only to fail because another man with better contacts and better funds has decided to stop playing us. Ultimately whoever comes out on top needs to be the best long term deal for the club. But morally I think how Ashley has played this deal is very slimy and ungentlemanly and has done nothing for our short term future and the fans blood pressure.

Once the takeover is done, we have to look forwards and there are reasons to be positive.
The following clubs have all been in Lg1 in the last 10-15 years and are now in the Premier League
    Florist
    Brentford
    Bournemouth
    Leeds
    Leicester
    Southampton
    Wolves
Norwich (I know, they`ve just gone back down)
With the right mindset amongst Staff, Players and Fans, we can get up there again very soon.

    All jokes aside.
Anyone concerned should just look at CKs tweets.
Gary Cook is working on the 'squad', CK is happy with progress made on that front and more details to be revealed once takeover is confirmed. His words yesterday, in black and white were "it's done".
I had my reservations, but I am going to allow myself to get excited.
I feel we are at the stage of the house buying process where we are awaiting the phone call from solicitors to say the keys are ready to be collected.

The ONLY reason we're in League One is the 21 point deduction. Without that, even without improving the squad we would have been well clear of relegation.

The HMRC have their own laws and methods, There's no straight line where they have a rule book.
I was chased, Harassed, Had letters of a threatening nature of fines and continued fines if I would not investigate my deceased Brothers Tax Affairs(self employed)my mistake was clearing his debts, Cancelling his PIP payments and burying him.
If it wasn't for one particular HMRC employee who looked into his last 2 years of taxable work I would have a stack of letters or even a court date to attend, And the shocking thing is, They owed him £20 and a few pence.
Ladies and Gentlemen I give you an organisation that duck over the little person and leave those that have amassed billions of £s from wrongful  Covid-19 payments

The one sorry thing for me is that this allowed every man and his dog to call Derby County cheats.
Grossly unfair IMO as we were guilty of nothing other than Mel feeling he had no other option than Administration

Seriously though, ground sharing really does have to be the last resort and not a decision to make out of spite as some have advocated.

If you compare it to how much the council spent on building the velodrome, £28 million, and while it’s a ‘nice to have’, it doesn’t have anywhere near the benefit to the local community and the money the football club generates for the city/county, it’s a no brainer for the council to buy it and help the club survive.

It's not just *at* the game though.  You've got people using pubs/restaurants before/after games, fans who live far away maybe staying in hotels on match days, people spending money in Derby shops rather than local ones because there already here for the game.  You've got all the community outreach stuff, employing people to go to schools etc.  You've got pubs showing games when Derby are on TV, shops selling Derby merchandise and so on. The club benefits the local area in a million different ways.

There isn’t a lot in it but I’m more confident in Allsop on crosses and corners. Also he is generally calmer. But if we end up having to play Roos in league 1 then fair enough

Roos was flattered by having defenders like Keogh and Shinnie in front of him.
Alsop has no such defenders and is often the sole bastion betwixt a good save and an apparently soft goal that 'my wife could've saved!'
A goalie's lot is never a happy one but Alsop has done a reliable job in VERY trying circumstances.
Many teams would have lost by a rugby score given a fraction of Rooney's Ramifications. We have a decent GD because we have a decent GK!

Allsop is better in every way. A proper keeper.
Most importantly he is calm in what he does and keeps his defence calm.
