hopefully this progress carries on at the same pace and it’s all completed on schedule. I’m also hoping that Curtis will stay and is given the armband.

John McAtee at Grimsby is a quality striker. Just the sort of bargain we should gamble on.  (Although our expert scouts will already have seen him ) 

Morgan Rodger’s & Ellis Sims would be fantastic loan signings. Done it at this level, Rodger’s didn’t really get a look in at Bournemouth this year 

From the same match I'd also have a look at Wrexham midfielder Jordan Davies - very similar in style to Craig Bryson. Wrexham failing to gain promotion should make it easier to prise him away.

Just read that Conor McGrandles is leaving Lincoln. Don’t know a great deal about him having not seen much league one, but the Lincoln fans seem gutted, he’s a 26 year old midfielder who was their captain last year. 
Potentially the kind of profile player I’d want/expect us to sign, on a free, good experience at this level, well thought of at his former club and leadership credentials too. Though midfield is one of the areas we’ve actually got players, someone like this coming in might free up the sale or loan option for Bielik.

He'll be great in L1 then. 

To be honest, I'm passed the point of re-visiting what the EFL did or didn't do - I have my views, I've voiced them on here.  We just need to move on and hope that going forward CK (assuming and hoping the deal goes through) establishes a good relationship with them. And if the structure changes, with an independent regulator coming in then we abide by whatever rules that results in. The fact is we simply must never have a repeat of this. 
As for money owed here, money owed there, again, I'm now at the point I don't care.  Pretty sure too that CK, MM, the EFL and Q have all thrashed out the details down to the penny, and we're of course not privy to those conversations.  For me, why should I stress about things completely out of my control.  All I want is for the deal to be done, the club to exist and for us to move on. If, by the time I have my planned BBQ at the weekend, it is done, then I may upgrade my rump steak to a sirloin....heck I may even go T-Bone or Fillet.
