Little update as I’m a bit drunk and not much is happening on here ? Clara is doing absolutely amazingly, is surgery free and is now on track for her age. Oh and she’s also a proud big sister to Benjamin who is now 7 months old and is thankfully absolutely fine.
I’d just like to say thank you to everyone who helped me in our time of need, I was in a pretty bad place when Clara was born and this forum and this club kept me going.
thankfully everything is great now.

I appreciate Gibson finally admitting that this was always about settling a score with Mel.
Shame he tried to kill DCFC in the process, and Boro fans are carrying on like we should be worshipping the ground he walks on.
We now simply know that this was always about two very wealthy man-children risking the future of a football club that is older than both of them combined to settle petty scores.

I've been trying to get an appointment to see my doctor for ages. I finally saw him on Tuesday and showed him the rash on my testicles.
He just ignored me and kept pushing his trolley round Tesco.

It's time for Derby to commence legal action against the EFL, the other clubs that have remained silent throughout this process will be hit in the pocket.
Why? Because it's the right thing to do to protect the game we all love. We cannot allow the EFL to continue as they are. Sooner we have an independent regulator the better.
They have broken the agreement that prevents clubs from taking action against each other, reg 4.4
They have failed to take action against both Middlesbrough and Wycombe under reg 3.5 which prevents clubs from unfairly criticising, disparaging, belittling or discrediting any other Club.
They are ignoring the Arbitration Act 1996 with regards to insolvency and the football creditor status, attempting to push this through arbitration regulations, ignoring 4.4.
Surely we have more grounds than any of the clubs that have threatened legal action.
With the above we have been forced to sell assets for a low fee as we were prevented by offering contracts. We have incurred additional administration costs, which will increase the purchase price of the club, potentially forcing us into liquidation if the cost continues to rise.
With that it's 3am and the dog is looking at me, I can feel the questioning why are we not going to bed with his eyes.
Feel free to rip apart any of tonight's rants, I'm not a legal expert, far from it, but I am capable of reading and processing words.

Then we need to be forensic in our scrutiny.
Find the bone, grab hold of it and shake it in our jaws until the other side relent, like a Bull Terrier with a stick!
The big stick in the WW claim is the timing, which was nothing to do with us, and everything to do with the EFL. 
It doesn't matter what they claim they've lost, when they lost it, how they lost it, and how their accounts or league position would look in a parallel universe if things were different.
 
The EFL gave us a deadline, and we complied with it, anything else is just white noise and hubris.
We fully complied with the rules, in the timeframe allowed, if they have a claim it's against the EFL, not us.
Finding other holes in their argument, finding other motivations for action is pointless, we're right, they're wrong so get in the bin.

3 things:-
1 - The 'clearly inflated price' comment regarding the stadium, I assume you are a commercial property valuer? What is the correct value please?
2 - The 'your accounts that have since been found to be against the rules' comment, can you please show me where our accounts were found to have been against the rules?
3 - Would you be ok with the EFL retrospectively investigating Boro for selling their tax losses to an associated company and recording it as profit to give themselves more financial headroom?

That tells you a lot though doesn’t it,  that we don’t know the details of his claim?
The truth here is not difficult to discern. Gibson and Morris detest each other. The reasons are lost in the mists of time and who cares? 
 
But we, Derby, are now in the position where - but for these claims - our club would have been sold in January. 
 
You say that Gibson has no desire to see Derby fold. You’re missing the point. The point is, his vendetta against Morris has pushed our sale back, he has trashed Rooney’s transfer window and he has put us at serious risk of liquidation. Our club is collateral damage in his nasty, squalid scrap and that is not acceptable to us. And I believe Gibbo also calculates that if he damages us, MM will be forced to pay for the repair, and he likes that. We see what has gone on and it is not acceptable to us.   
 
All is revealed in Gibson’s open letters - cleverly drafted by his PR and legal team. They are disingenuous, misleading and largely irrelevant to whatever the claim might be. And with each letter, the goalposts move, now it’s FFp, now it’s the stadium. (Don’t worry, we know Morris’ letter is not much better.) There is nothing confidential in his claim, so why has it not been articulated in the public arena? We know the answer. 
 
Even Couhig (whose behaviour is possibly even more revolting than Gibson’s) has had the sense to realise that to threaten a claim in these circumstances and without fully articulating it is beyond the pale. 
 
The outcome here will most likely be that MM will put in place arrangements to indemnify the club, that those arrangements will remain in place for several years at significant cost to Morris and that the claims will never be brought. (Mission accomplished for Gibbo, the worst kind of playground bully.)  And that Couhig will slither away to begin another attempt to exploit some legal system or other. 
 
Our owner has done a few shameful things in recent years. Nothing on the scale of what yours is currently up to
