The Joiners, his behavior, the gall to sue, the lack of humility ? Well may that’s life, survival or whatever we all have to do but he wrecked his name in my view. Pity. A courageous player on the field.

When Bradley arrived we played them in a pre season friendly. We matched them pretty well and Bradley’s head was a magnet. They will deffo be there for the taking if we have the confidence .. that’s an IF ..  PW’s job to sort that out. Want the likes of Dirties and Forest when we are in gear. But really I don’t care. Just want to see us win, score goals, flow and play as a team.

I would go further and say, for instance, I would be prepared to play for Derby in any position for free.  The club instead pays players in excess of £250,000 pa to do that role.  You could make the point that is a "gamble" on more established players.
I would be useless and we would be thrashed each week and relegated, but there would be a massive one off saving.
The gamble was paying very high wages to inexperienced managers (who are famous) and who, should you lose a few, would be sacked with compensation to boot.  And paying extremely high wages (and even higher fees) to fringe Premier League players to entice them to take a step backwards.
Paying a "promotion specialist" to increase revenue without taking debt to do so is very good business sense.  

Blades away then on that logic, Wilder will get them ticking eventually but there’s some serious psychological damage there.

Tough time to play them. You want them in Nov after they lost 5 on the bounce.

Leeds away would feel like a nice reintroduction to a proper division
Taking the mickey out of their latest choke would amuse & a mere 15 min stroll from my front door too

I don't watch a huge number of TV ads - normally record stuff and then fast-forward through the ads...
Radio ads however are a whole level of annoyance higher:
"Do you have more than £8000 in unsecured debts? get an IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) with us - warning this MAY affect your credit rating" - no, it'll screw your credit rating forever....
"Sell your unwanted Gold, Silver, platinum & palladium - post it to us and we'll pay you next day" - I'm sure you will, but the chances of getting a fair price are pretty damn remote....and how many folk will ask them to return their items?
"If you've been the victim of a scammer, the system has failed you" - no it hasn't, you've been a knobby and sent money to someone dodgy despite the system warning you to check if they're kosher.....
"If you owned a diesel car between...." - ARGHHHHHHHHHHH

Hang on.....you've literally been telling us that for at least the last 40 years that I can remember. Are you saying that this product will get the stains out but all of your previous ones wouldn't?. In which case, you've been lying to us all this time. Jog on.

In particular, adverts where I am told how much the company cares about it's customers.
It would be much quicker naming adverts that don't irritate me.  Adverts are more and more creeping into everything, can't listen to music radio anymore, the commercial time equals the music time now, it is infuriating. 
I have a smart phone, but don't use the smarts, I do however play one game that comes included with it, a tile type of Majong thingy I enjoy.  At level 176 I can no longer play it without agreeing to some adverts first, I almost threw the phone into the wall.  It is my phone, I own it, it is not on rent, I should have complete control over it, but no grrr. 
Like the sucker that I can be, I came back and clicked on allowing the bare minimum of ads and I hate myself for that weakness.

When he first broke through he was this tidy midfielder who would keep the ball, keep things ticking.
He’s sort of lost that ball retention and turned into this energetic midfield runner.
Maybe the style of football won’t allow it (not a dig) but if he can knit it together you’ve basically got another Bryson. Just without the goal threat, thus far.

Thommo is a brilliant footballer and a good asset to the team. His ability to keep the ball and his naturally attacking mentality is so important to us.
