Young Jack O’Connell paid us a visit yesterday, he was sat just in front of me and was with his mum, he was loving the atmosphere from the South Stand and it was great to see him, I had a chat with him and asked if he had a spare £60 million. Good to see him maintaining his roots ! Top lad !

Wayne Rooney is one of our own

I wanted to start this thread to formally apologise to Wayne Rooney. I have been one of those who has criticised Rooney heavily and wanted him gone before all this mess came out, mainly during the horrible winless run last season. I now hold my hands up and admit I was wrong and badly so. Over the past few months, and particularly so during the last week, I am increadibly proud to have this man as manager of DCFC, even more so after today's press conference and that the dire state of the club is now revealed to us all. I now honestly think there is no better man to lead us through these dire times brought on by the IDIOT Mel. 
Once again, my apologies to Wayne, and thank you for staying on during this mess. Thanks for your honesty towards the fans. Thanks for your commitment. You made me proud to be a DCFC fan today.

We should have gone down last season. We were saved by Marlon Pack.We have the record lowest points total in the premier league and now we’re going for the championship record too!
But TBH I’m bored of watching us play Middlesboro and Cardiff every blooming year. Maybe it will be refreshing to watch Lincoln and Shrewsbury for a change? Maybe that’s what our youngsters need to build confidence?
As fans (and that’s if we’re real fans) we owe it to ourselves to go and watch our team. I appreciate that’s not always financially possible, but we all want our team to enjoy success. Let’s get the stadium full and shout our team back to its former glories.
