I suspect both Flint and Bradley are waiting at least till the end of this week to avoid Warne’s lung busting first week back fitness routine. It is no coincidence that Mendez-Laing is playing for Guatemala at the moment. Not to be, 2 or 3 particularly bad overs and the extras proved too costly.
Finished up in sixth place, after a poor start we got back into the competition but we're always playing catch up.

It was joy to watch Holding and Bishop opening the bowling for Derbyshire. Michael was still different class even though he was at the end of his career and Bish excellent. Pity Bish suffered so many injuries.

Lucas Joao and Ladapo would be the ones I would go for but I have no idea about availability, contract situation, affordability and fitness issues. Those two with a young wildcard should do us but who knows what the situation is.
