I don't know if it's already been noted, but the atmosphere at the ground is so much better these days, as demonstrated at half time. Can you imagine any time in the recent past at PP or probably any other ground, a home team coming off the pitch without a single goal attempt, never mind not being booed, but actually receiving some applause from the home fans, well in the NE corner, anyway?
I think this positivity and togetherness can only help us through these difficult times and long may it continue.

This wasn't journalism, this was a writer, stupidly putting his name and photo to the story, just publishing a story told to him by a 'victim'. There were no challenging questions, no explanations of some of his statements. There was no balance to this article by a so called quality paper. The only victim in this matter has been Derby County, the club's actions did not cause the club to lose the services of the club captain for a minimum  of 12 months and to lose the services of Lawrence and Bennett for a few games also, it was the 3 players' actions. why should the club have lost out, financially?
Didn't Keogh feel any responsibility for his actions as club captain and senior player. As said earlier, we want to move on from this, but Keogh has to rake it all up again and kick the club when it's already at rock bottom. What little respect I held for him, as now disappeared completely and that is coming from someone, who always backed him against the knockers on here.

I agree largely with @jono's view of the game, and for me it was a good point coming at the end of a three game week in atrocious weather conditions.
It's easy to say after the final whistle, and I can understand Rooney wanting to keep together a winning side as much as he could, but I would have liked to see him use someone with fresher legs to inject some energy into our game from the kick off.
Presumably the intention was to introduce that attacking energy during the second half, but an early injury to Stearman and a much- needed tactical change to a back three meant we had to use more defensive substitutes.
Dylan Williams demonstrated just how important that energy is, another very bright performance from him. Also full credit to the defence, who adjusted well to the changes and still managed to keep another clean sheet. Our defensive solidity is becoming trademark and Allsop contributed to that with another very assured game. Davies in the last ten minutes flinging himself at every header, so determined to keep our record intact. Well done to all of them.
That left just one attacking substitute at Rooney's disposal to try and create a chance on the break. Ebosele was obviously chosen for his pace but I think he is a brilliant wing back in the making, not a forward. I would have brought Sibley on, but I can understand why he didn't!
The last few minutes I thought the draw would be the fairest result, much as I wanted Festy to score an unexpected winner.
Dust yourself down lads, have a rest and go again in two weeks. You're doing us proud.

    Keogh is a disgrace.
Mel gets criticised for sacking only Keogh, but to be fair, Mel's hand was forced. Sacking all 3 made no sense for the club.
Losing the Keogh tribunal was the worst case scenario and the money was gone whichever way you look at it, either on Keogh's wages or a settlement. Sacking all three would have thrown away the large investment made in Lawrence and Bennett - transfer fees, academy development and wages - and any value they retained as an asset.
Keogh's self-inflicted injury finished him there and then as a 'top' Championship CB that could command the £25k/wk in his contract. Lawrence and Bennett retained a value and were still physically capable of performing in their roles.
We could have gone down that season due to a shortage of CB's, and that entitled idiot would have kept on collecting his money. If we had sacked all 3, we would have also been short in attacking areas.
If Keogh had any sense of duty to the club and the fans, he would have accepted the generous reduced terms offered and got his head down. He didn't, and the world saw his true colours. We lost a key member of the first XI and a top earner through their own conduct, yet retained the liability for their wages and were unable to replace the loss to the team.
I'm glad Keogh was sacked. It makes me sick that the entitled so and so was rewarded for his disgraceful behavior. Its even more galling that he considers he has some kind of moral high ground.
I can't stand the sight of him anymore.
Mel's biggest mistake on this one is that had this happened at Middlesbrough, Gibson would have sued the breweries and car manufacturers for costing them promotion.

Just got back home and seen the 'handball' on sky sports news, his arm is definitely sticking out and even the sky presenter thought so.
The Morrison 'foul' just before also seemed a nailed on free kick and yellow card, but they didn't show that one. Also how on earth was the late free kick against Buchanan enough to warrant a yellow, apart from him being in a white shirt?
That's now 2 wins against Stoke and Reading, despite awful refereeing.

Agreed, a lot depends on the new owners and what additions can be made to the squad. A couple of good strikers would be massive. As it is we have got CKR and Bielik to add to this squad, hopefully before Xmas.
Statistically, we're already on target, we have gained 5 points from 10 matches on the relegation three, this would equate to 23 points gained over 46 games.
    Unlikely, but certainly not impossible.
