I thought he looked like Hourihane at his most jaded against Oxford. Lazy attempts at tackles, sulky demeanour. No thanks.

Players player of the year, involved in 14 goals. Whole team was off at Wembley can't write him off on that.

I've heard from a source (Matt Hamshaw) that Derby tried to sign Windass but he's already agreed a deal with Wrexham.

Due to be announced this week.

Not started its own thread but from the horses mouth.

*Agent uses Derbys name to get a bigger wage at Wrexham, thread closed.

It’s interesting to hear about potential Cashin links. There have been 2 CB names which have come to me in the last couple of days, 1 has visited the training ground and the other has only been in spoken about (I’m sorry I’m unsure which is in which order)

    • Harry Souttar (Leicester)

    • Nigel Lonwijk (Wolves)

In my opinion, 2 very different centre backs but wouldn’t have thought we’d be after 2, unless there were any departures…

With the information provided, I believe Souttar is a loan and Lonwijk is permanent.

Will update if I get any more info.

Bradley rumoured to be off which would mean we need two, so fingers crossed Cash stays!

15 goals in 12 games for Warrington, including 2 against both Matlock and Macclesfield, as well as goals against Ilkeston and FC Utd of Manchester... for a bit of context of level.

Prior to that, he had half a season at Cheadle Heath Nomads and scored 20 goals.

For what it's worth his agent (Willie Mackay) is also the same person as Emiliano Sala

So what you're saying is let's pick him up in a Vauxhall Zafira and not a plane?

He’s the barber that “announced” the Cashin and NML contract extensions in Jan right? Been for a hair cut today @Big Trav ? 😉

Every barber is the same 😂 lips as loose as a moose

    Taylor v Catterall anyone..

All the experts seem to be plumping for Catterall...most think he won the first and means to exact revenge.

I thought Taylor edged the first but its a flip of a coin and I think there's little actually on the line...other than honour,  revenge, legacy and the rest of their careers...so I'm expecting fireworks.

Funny how people see fights so different, I thought the first was one of the biggest robberies I'd ever seen. Looking forward to tonight hope Catterall gets the win but can't see Taylor coming in as poor this time unless age is catching up with him.

A possible leader with links to the club who's been released is Jack Cork. Would he still be a good acquisition for us, or do we think that ship has sailed?

What's his links to the club? People will frown about his age but we need a couple of wise older heads in the mix this summer.

I'm prob going to get shot down in flames here but if I was managing sibs , I think he should be tried as an out and out striker.  He hasn't improved because he isn't playing consistently in a position he likes . I can see him going and being a success . He needs sitting down and telling your in this position for the season then see him improve to me .

I'd stick him in net Sibs the cat 😺

  9. I can't say I disagree with this article. I commented in a thread a while ago when people were saying PW couldn't attract players that moving to Derby city isn't the most attractive place for a young lad to move his life to.

Its such a shame our city is in major decline, can/will anything be done about it? It has a great football club, great people it deserves some investment.

Was rumours of a PL bench warming job a while back. With backstory of EPL saving costs on squad players.

I know it's a short lived career and money talks but I'd be disappointed if this was the case. Look at Ederson for City last weekend, literally in tears because he had to come off that's the type of player you want on your team not someone happy to sit and take a pay cheque.
