Divin Mubama likely to be released by West Ham this summer according to Football Insider, he's a forward we've been linked with in both previous transfer windows so would expect him to be linked again.
Would be a very good signing at this level

Kayden Jackson from Ipswich would be a decent signing, can play upfront or wide. Has pace, good at pressing & is on a free this summer

Yeah my only concern is he doesn’t seem to offer much without the ball at all. Doesn’t seem a Warne player in any way but he obviously is a fan. Let’s see what he’s like in the new season.
Im sure Sheff Weds fans were saying the same about NML.
I wonder if his lack of effort off the ball was more down to fitness & recovering from injury. Also I think at one point Warne told NML to not to worry about tracking back so he had more impact in attacking areas (may have been last season) so maybe Warne did the same with CBT knowing he doesnt yet have the fitness for both.
I agree with others, a full preseason with Warne will do him the world of good, it certainly helped NML go up a level from last season.

Disappointed not to see Embleton in any of the celebration photos & videos
-
Warne has openly stated that the squad will be ripped up ahead of next season
-
We have to remember that we can name 9 subs next season so we will likely have a bigger squad than we currently have, probably a squad of 25 plus a couple of youngsters.
Wildsmith - Keep
Forsyth - Keep on a 1yr deal
Sibley - Offer a deal, even if its just for compensation purposes
Thompson - See Sibley
Barkhuizen - Keep
Smith - Keep on a 1yr deal
Hourihane - Release
TJJ - Keep if he can prove fitness over the summer
Gayle - See TJJ
Waghorn - Release
Collins - Release
Personally think we should then look to loan Rooney & Brown out. Potentially loan out Fornah and/or Thompson (if he stays) but that would depend on incomings.
We have to try & keep Adams.
-
I think we have to & will offer Sibley & Thompson deals, just purely for compensation purposes if they dont stay.
Id personally keep Thompson, Smith, Wildsmith & Barkhuizen.

Got to continue my run so...

You'd have to watch the Q&A back mate.
Pretty sure Stephen Pearce confirmed it would be FanHub.
I think he said they would be around next season but i dont think he actually said they will be the main shirt sponsor did he?

Personally I think we should be going with a more attacking line up than we have recently in the tougher games...
Wildsmith - Wilson Nelson Cashin Sibley - Smith Adams - NML Bird Barkhuizen - Collins
Vickers Bradley Thompson Hourihane CBT Washington Waghorn
If we attack them with pace & energy I think we will cause them no end of problems. That to me is a very strong line up & bench.
I can see Warne starting Bird with it being his last game & given how highly he rates & loves Bird. Plus Bird is decent on the ball, you would like to think we will have a lot of the play.
Maybe TJJ could even make the bench. If Wilson doesnt recover from his deadleg then put Smith at right back & bring in Hourihane. I know a fair few dont like/rate Hourihane but I do think in a game like this he should have more time on the ball & he is better on the ball than Thompson imo.

I have watched some highlights of Carlisle games recently including their loss to Wycombe yesterday & they are woeful in defence including at set pieces. I think if we go at them with pace & energy early doors we will get 1 or 2 goals to calm everyones nerves. That way this PBoro vs Bolton game is irrelevant

In terms of centre mids - Ebou Adams, Thelo Aasgaard, Adam Phillips & Paris Maghoma
I wouldnt mind us going for all them in the summer for our midfield. A good mixture of youth, creativity & athleticism.
I would also keep Smith on for a year as an old head, experienced centre mid.
-
His form has been abit up & down at times this season but as it stands he has the joint hightest number of clean sheets in the league, he is joint with Jensen for Lincoln but Wildsmith has played 5 less games.
So a clean sheet vs Carlisle (or Jensen conceding for Lincoln) will mean Wildsmith gets the golden glove this season which is a very good achievement for him & us.

Been an end to end game which we started to take control of in the last 15mins. Hit the woodwork 3 times & their defence look very slow & shaky.
Was thinking that we were long overdue a goal from NML, not scored since Exeter away in Feb, no better day than today on his 100th appearance.
With how slow their back line is, if they start to push forward later in the game then the pace of the likes of Barkhuizen, CBT & Washington from the bench could cause them alot of problems.

Ive said it on another thread but imo all the pressure is on Bolton & Peterborough, they HAVE to win their games. We could lose today & still go up with a win vs Carlisle, so imo we should go all out to win this by 3 or 4, no reason to be cautious - unless we start losing, which we then need to be careful of goal difference

The pressure really is still on Bolton & Peterborough as they HAVE to win on Sat to have any chance, we dont.
We could lose Sat & still go up on goal difference, a draw on Sat then we have to match or better Bolton/PBoro result in our game vs Carlisle.
The way this league is it wouldnt shock me if only 1 more point would see us up
-
Paris Maghoma on loan from Brentford would be a very good signing. Having seen him a few times now this season he always seems to be Boltons best player & always causing the opposition problems

I think we may see just the 1 change to the starting 11 with Barkhuizen coming in for Thompson. Nothing to do with Thompsons performance but more because we need to win & before his injury Barkhuizen was looking good in the 10 role...
3421: Wildsmith - Nelson Bradley Cashin - Wilson Adams Smith Sibley - NML Barkhuizen - Collins
Vickers Thompson Bird Hourihane CBT Waghorn Washington
I can see Bird being back on the bench replacing Fornah.
With that starting 11 & the options from the bench should be good enough to win. Its got the right mix of defensive & attacking options in the starting 11 as well as quality options imo from the bench to freshen up the midfield & upfront. I dont think any other team in our league will have as strong a bench as us this weekend.

Shrews need something away at Bolton & as we know they're not the easiest to beat at home as we failed to do so....so hopefully Shrews can cause an upset at Bolton, a draw will do

Some decent free agents this summer, we hopefully can bring in 4 or 5 on frees.
