In this instance, people are justified in their complaints though b4. People have paid money, and are owed it back. Many fans may now be struggling financially due to the current situation, and that refund may help keep their family afloat, or help pay for the busy period that is Christmas.
Without knowing peoples individual circumstances, we can’t know if people are just being impatient or in a desperate place. And many have also said they are happy to wait if it helps the club

Not right to stop telling people to moan.
Irrelevant what the Premier League are charging, they are in a higher league to us. Unfortunately as mentioned, the EFL dictate the prices.
I think the main issue here is communication, which as I have said before, has not been good enough. If fans knew when they were due to get a refund, whether that be 1, 3 or 12 months I think that would be better than not knowing.

Thing is, I like the fact that this series goes along at it's own pace. One minute, you're watching a blaster battle with 20 characters, the next it's a 10 min skit of the Child trying to nick another egg. As you mentioned, the first series didn't move at the same pace every episode, but it built character stuff and background.
Don't worry, Boba will show up, as well as Moff. But they've got at least another 6 episodes to squeeze them in alongside the over-arching story. I also don't think thats the last we have seen of the X-Wing Resistance fighters!

Baby Driver is excellent. Everyone I know recommended it and finally got to watch 9/10.

Inception was incredibly well made that it never really left you behind, but it certainly made you think. Tenet doesn’t make itself clear at many points at all. It’s difficult to explain, but while I could see how clever it wanted to be, it definitely needs some cleaning up with a bit more explaining for the majority if the audience. And much clearer dialogue. Do many characters doing Bane impressions

Oh man, it’s so good. My wife and I binged it during lockdown, and loved it. It’s def not a 10/10 as by season 3 the main plot line starts to feel samey? Not that it matters though. The cast are great. I’m not into horror at all, but enjoy this. it’s scary but not enough to make me worry. Looking forward to season 4

Oh man, Stranger Things is great. I've watched about 20 episodes in 3 days.
I half arsed saw the first season but wasn't into it but now I get the hype.
Simple, nostalgic, electronic music, neon lights, 80's movie cliché, great characters and great acting. Millie Bobby Brown is fascinating in every scene.
Just about to start season 3. Breaking Bad levels of enjoyment for me. All this time ignoring the hype! ?

Considering it drew huge numbers of people and is the highest grossing film of all time, you probably fit into a large category of people. It was absolutely for the fans, and those who have committed 10 years of following along with all the story beats. As someone who was expecting lots and am a fan, I absolutely loved it.
It is supposed to be messy in places, as it represents the Avengers response to Thanos (Infinity is his film and is smooth, slick, and relentless, like his plan) Sorry, not that you wanted this explaining!
I can understand people not liking it or meeting the hype. There will be more though!
Oh, and the Portals scene, best film moment for me. And i mean ever.

Of all the Craig 'Bond films', this was the one I was happy was the shortest, and was probably still too long. It was supposed to answer the questions from the end of Casino Royale. Instead it set up a lot of new situations and asked more questions, did not answer any of the ones from Casino Royale, and the conclusion was poor and dissatisfying. The newest Bond should be good though, as the newest 4 have had a pattern of good, poor, good, poor so far.

Will be interesting to see how the next gen swings in terms of player bases. Xbox 360 was superior to the PS3 in many ways (as well as being cheaper), so the Xbox One retained many players. However (and I must stress I am an Xbox owner), the PS4 has been head and shoulders above the Xbox as far as I can see. Better console exclusive games and share play a game changing mode has meant more have gone over to Sony. If the consoles are similarly priced, and the tech is not too different, I can see a lot of players going over the PS5. You're right about PC gamers sticking with Xbox though, as Game Pass is good value for what it offers.
I am undecided myself. I am jealous of some of the games on offer on Playstation (Spiderman, God of War, Unchartered, Last of Us etc.) so am tempted to make the switch. However, I won't be splashing out immediately on either console, so may just get a cheap PS4 and play those games I have missed instead for cheaper.

It's strange that they are not highly regarded by many. I'm with you two, enjoyed the show and the way some episodes left you guessing in a clever way. The 4th season moved into tension more than being clever, which lost me a bit. But I think they're well made.

Started 'Stranger Things' a couple of nights ago, we've just finished season 2. The first season was really good, the second not as much but still enjoyable. Looking forward to what they are going to do with the third season (and beyond)

It is a lot slower, takes a while to get going. Not sure it manages introducing new characters as well as it could. Still a good season and looking forward to the third season starting tonight

This shows that there is a place for single player games in today’s market. I’m one of those gamers who would much rather play a good single player focussed game than a sub standard story mode of a multiplayer game that has been added on without an afterthought.

Looking forward to playing this in the coming months. First, though, I’m getting really into Red Dead 2 now. After the discussion a few pages back, I’ve decided to actually give it some time. Boy, was that a good decision!
