I really like this signing for League One - a player who has excelled and been there before. He's a very hard working player, someone who will give as much as he takes. He will have an excellent midfield to work off. 
Smart signing.

He looked solid yesterday. 21 is still a young age. Can’t believe people are slating him because he hasn’t ‘made it’ yet. Jamie Vardy played non league until he was 25. Ryan can come in and be a decent player for the u23s and probably a good squad option in the first team. Thought we learnt to never write players off after CKR

Looked solid today, was a little timid to start but grew into the game and made some good attacking runs. I like him 

Looked good in the first half today. Especially for his age. Admittedly he’ll face some sterner tests in the future, but hopefully we can get him signed up as we need some full backs in the squad.

This has been coming for a good month. He’s got offers and hasn’t been to training since we restarted. A sad way to end his derby career where he was probably our best player over the past 3 seasons

I don’t like to get carried away, but a good few of our players are clearly a level above League One level.
If we start the season with midfield options of Bird, Knight, Hourihane and Bielik then that’ll be the strongest set in the league and better than a good few Championship sides too.
The wide players could be among the best too. Much may depend on whether we can get a tune from them.
We have solid centre-backs. 
I’d still like us to bolster our attacking options and fullbacks.

Might be controversial but I think he’s borderline Prem quality. Would you be shocked if he was snapped up to warm the bench at Forest/Fulham/Leeds? Was he much of a downgrade on Bogle?
Quick, technical, great delivery.
More likely back to the Championship but will be a huge loss, no doubt about it. Would have loved to see him stay, he would tear it up in L1.

I’m happy with Collins, proper grafter who leaves it all out on the pitch. Again, the type of player that people say you need to get out of the division - the last time he was at this level he was very good at putting the ball in the net too. 

Massive, massive, massive. IMO Davies is one of the best leaders of men the club has ever had. He exemplifies what a professional is. 
I’m absolutely delighted with the business we’ve done so far considering where we were not 2 weeks ago. 
whoever’s lined these players up and convinced others to stay needs a bloody big pat on the back. 
ive got that buzz back again and it feels ******* fantastic!

Another journo saying we’re probably getting Collins, writes for the Mirror so may or may not be reliable (as with all these) but there’s more noise around this one now. 

Excellent news, sounds like this one should get done then. Good to be able to have him permanently too, saves room for loans and means he’ll probably be here for a couple of years.

Seems like a matter of time before this one is wrapped up.
Would be a very astute signing at this level IMO.

I think the more relevant stat is the 25 goals he scored in a season the last time he was in league 1 for Luton when they were promoted to the championship 

Backup to our first choice CF and good option off the bench. We want Collins to be our main man and would be a good bet for 20 goals next season.

Just wanna say with regard to Conor, what a top signing he will be for you, he does have his limitations, specifically that he isnt super mobile and isnt what you would class as a "warrior".
However, he is super professional, has a wand of a left foot in terms of free kicks and the odd goal here and there, in League 1 he will be a huge asset im sure.
He doesnt have an issue with injuries etc, so nothing to worry about from that stand point.

Villa fan here, just wanted to come and say 1) good luck with getting back to the Champ, and 2) Chester....
Chester was a huge asset for us in the Champ, a real leader and loved by the squad, Grealish specifically said he was the single biggest leader in the dressing room during our Championship years.
He is a great player for L1 level for sure, in terms of his injury record, Steve Bruce destroyed his knee by playing him week in, week out with a serious injury after we failed to sign any centre backs and bought 50 right backs instead, terrible really, but Chester soldiered on like a warrior for the team.
looks like he played 21 times for Stoke last season, so fingers crossed he will stay fit for you, if he does, great signing (probably the reason for the 1 year deal).
