I think it's the 3 at the beginning of the number - it's psychological! 
Also the concessions at Peterborough are much better with a bigger price reduction. Age 23 and under £19, under 18 £10.
Bolton are charging £25 and £19 for the same categories. It's a lot for families.

If we'd put away any one of 4 early chances against Wigan, things could have been so different. In the first 15 minutes we broke them down 4 times giving Collins, Bradley and Fozzy great opportunities and a blistering shot from NML well saved.
 
I think that Warne is keeping his cards close to his chest, he doesn't want other clubs and players' agents thinking that he has money to burn.

European players arrive with an element of mystery but I’d just as much like to find an home grown gem in the lower leagues.
I’m missing a Malcolm Christie, Phil Gee or even Roger David for the older fans! Would love our scouting network to find those raw gems out there.

I miss Wanchope, Asanovic, Idiakez, Bisgaard, Christie, Delap and Rasiak.
I don't miss Solis, Feilharber, Blatsis,  and the Polish fella that Jewell assured us had a shot like a cannon but turned like a canal barge in crisis.

After that superb win against quality local opposition and in keeping with our measured response to all things Derby, it's time to extend Warnes contract!

It's all opinion. There's an away shirt poll over on Twitter and about 80% love it, 18% hate it. But it's the 18% who make the noise.
I like all three shirts, was going to wait for the bottle green, but that away shirt looks so good on, I will try that one first. I prefer that neckline to the third shirt.

Same tactics but tweaked (I think). Less overlapping from Nelson and Cashin, the press seemed more selective rather than disjointed as before.
No real control in the middle of the park in the first half but much better in the second, but still not really the way we set up to play.
Collins scored a good goal from Hourihane’s set piece which was followed by a pretty impressive cf performance, he held it up at times, brought others into play, pressed when he needed to, and defended in his own box (wasn’t flawless but was good in my view). Bird stepped up and was good in attack and defence, played some lovely passes, broke play up at times, counter attacked….and missed a sitter 🤦🏻‍♂️ but he did set Hourihane up to sweep the ball home.
NML played well in spells and missed a number of chances, on another day he’d have scored and definitely still carries a goal threat.
Defence and gk were anxious and nervy first half but clearly communicating better and they grew in confidence as the game went on, much better second half and the clean sheet will be a big plus.
All the subs looked ok when they came on and played their part, Washington took his goal well. 
 
Didn’t reinvent the wheel but executed what they needed to and took their chances to finish the game…something we didn’t do often enough last season. Positive day overall, still stuff to work on.

Nice to get the win. Bird and Collins stand out players, good to get off the mark, well done to Warne for sticking with the starting 11 against Wigan, new players need to gel, no point in mass changes after 1 defeat. 44 games to go, so like last week not going to over react with 1 result, will look at the table 16 games in and see where we are. 
Looking forward to our next 2 home games. We need to get results at home, as that is a bench mark off a successful season. Once A Ram Always A Ram. 

No shock its the same 11, despite some of the meltdown amongst fans, we actually played alright vs Wigan with this lineup & were unlucky not to get something out the game.
Warne made a few changes midweek & we saw what happened there. Yes Thompson played well but I dont think it means he should come straight in when it was in a 2nd half of a cup game where the damage had already been done.
If/when he comes on again today, he needs to make as good an impact, if not even better than midweek.

After one game Warne ain't going to wet his pants and go into full on panic mode like some on hear

Agreed and I think that’s Warne’s belief too.
Waghorn probably walks into the squad as our best striker, so in that regard he’s a solid signing, here for the right reasons. We definitely need more though.

Disappointing start as pre-season sounded so positive. But think just too anxious to win. They had bit between teeth due to -8 points. On the upside
- first and only home defeat out of way
- no unbeaten run to get stressed about 
- no jinx from manager of month for august in Sept
- no further offers for players
- window still open
They won because of 2 daft goals.it happens.  No need for all the angst. Felt sorry for Bradley. Liked Ward. Great goal from Fozzy. Some classy skills on show from Wilson and great attitude with youngsters at end despite loss. 
 
What was the idiot on pitch at end thinking? 
Lee from Korea can never come again. Total jinx.
igor's first game was 1-4 loss and saw tweet this week showing that in last 5 or 6 promotion seasons started season badly with often say 2 or thereabouts wins from first 6- 8 games. Cant find it now.
