It's a mark of how much Rooney destroyed Sibley's confidence that the majority don't name him in their starting 11s for the new campaign. And as the lead coach, Rosenior must have played a part in that too. For others of us, Louie would be the first name on the teamsheet and the player to build a promotion push around. 
If Sibbo is going to again find himself in the position of occasional 10 minute cameos off the bench to try to change the game then, despite him being a fan, he has to leave to give his career a chance to blossom as it should. If he's going to be a midfield regular next year, with the manager trusting him and not being the first person to come off if things are going south, I hope he stays. 
If you're another club looking to pick players off from us, Sibley is your number one target since, for a small outlay, he can become a real star in the future.

A minor point, but for the people moaning about letting Tom Lawrence "freeload" and train with us, while he doesn't have a club - players talk to each other, and having a reputation for being good to players is absolutely a benefit in encouraging other players to sign with us.

I'd love Bremen to refuse to buy him if it's going to cost them £400,000. He could then come back and sit in our under 23s for the season, or better still on the bench for the under 23s because I'd sooner invest playing time in players that respect the club, and who want to play for us.

Why don't you like Talk Sport? Seems to me they've done an amazing job of competing with the BBC channels despite not having a vast pot of taxpayers' money to draw from.
