Please no, a player whose second touch is invariably a tackle is not the calibre of player we need at the current time no matter how desperate we are.

1968 Derby v Chelsea league cup replay. Went a goal down then scored three in the second half to win. 30 odd thousand in the BBG sounded more like. 90 thousand. Never heard Rams fans louder, before or since. This was the start of the glory years.
My dear old Dad who saw all the great games of the 60s and 70s always said that that was the greatest game in respect of performance and atmosphere. Unfortunately I was deemed too young to attend as it was a school night, one of my greatest ever regrets. Unfortunately I don't think that any footage exists of this game.

Renewed mine and my lad's this morning. If we didn't renew without question every year then we might as well join the glory hunters clamouring for Premier League tickets at the corner shop club 15 minutes walk from our doorstep. #yourclubisforlifenotjustthepremierleague

Absolutely fantastic, I particularly enjoyed the 1946 FA Cup video which contained some footage I'd not seen before. Well done to everyone involved in putting this on.

Another game which could and should have been won, however points lost due to poor decision making and a lack of application at crucial moments.

Anyone that can only get as far as Manchester on a train…
Get on a tram to Bury. Get a taxi from there to BWFC, it’s about 20 mins.
In the pub in Horwich town centre for 10 :30 using the train from Manchester. Seen no other Derby fans yet? Hopefully as easy on the way home ?

League Two or non-league team away please, preferably at a ground we've never played at.

I remember being at the Cardiff game and thinking at the time how comfortable the win was. It is one of those games looking back over the years where I got the feeling that the Club was slowly starting to move in the right direction.
I’m shocked that the attendance was so low as I thought there was a decent away following there that day.

Just woken up this morning, how did Forest get on last night? Regulation win against what they consider to be inferior opposition on the road to the third star? Asking for the milkman........
-
Penalty resulted from trying to play out from the back, when will we ever learn?

Gutted it's off as I've been looking forward to this day out for weeks. Fortunately I've managed to get a refund, less a tenner, on our pre-booked train tickets. I'm still none the wiser as to how it's respectful for people to be at work/school/etc on Friday and Monday, but not respectful for them to attend sporting events over the weekend?

Quick look at LTLF forum suggests they are already worried. Not taken long for realisation to set in
I love the fact that 83.7% of the one eyed, myopic, deluded, whoppers thought that they'd win today ?

As much as the players we have in the squad are technically better than the opposition, once again the physical and mental resilience required to get us out of this league was lacking today, I wish we had a horrible nasty 150% committed player to break up the play in midfield. Final piece of the jigsaw?

How did Forest get on today? I take they are still in the top ten with aspirations of Champions League football next season. Asking for a neighbour?

I'm quietly confident ahead of this game. Our performances in the last 3 league games at the Pirelli have been bobbins, so the law of averages suggest the we will turn in a good performance on Saturday.
