I hope not (c) I’d rather go in to the season short of a striker than lose Cash. He’s a bedrock foundation and needs to go up with Derby County. 

If you are talking about Kyle hudlin he is utter garbage.

Hope he does well for us, very happy with the signing.
I’ll come back on here at some point in the season and let you know how he’s getting on, if anybody cares.

We have something broadly in common. He has resigned from 69 companies (possibly a life times work) and I am resigned to never having a 69 again in my remaining life time.

Perhaps @i-Ram is right. It’s not my place to police other people’s thoughts, my initial intention when contributing has always been to try and promote a little rationale, calm and balance where possible, though I recognise I’m typically more on the positive/optimistic with my views so perhaps it has mutated into something I didn’t intend where perhaps I’m being antagonistic myself.
If it’s irritating one poster it’ll be irritating others and I’ve only truly got control over my own thoughts and rationale, people will feel how they feel about Warne, players, the club, whatever…. I’m on here to engage with a community of fellow Rams fans as I have limited contact with other Rams in the real world, being trapped here in deepest darkest Wales. I don’t want to be driving any division or negativity between fans so I’ll temper those sort of interactions and leave it to others. Life’s too short.

Hopefully they keep us posted then

Take away Hourihane's set pieces and he's on 5 assists from open play vs Bird's 6. With the addition of Ward and others still to join, Hourihane's influence over set pieces will diminish. I still believe Sibley take better corners too.
Bird is much better defensively, actually managed to assists more than Hourihane from open play in less minutes, and retains possession better.
Bird's still only 22, whislt Hourihane is 32. If we do sign another CM, as the season progresses, Hourihane's minutes should decrease as we build for the future.

We don't need an enforcer but we do need more pace/athleticism. Too pedestrian both on and off the ball at times, too easily by-passed and don't cover the ground well enough. That could be said about the entire team though.

Perhaps not coachable, but something that players learn and develop as they mature physically and with experience in the first team.
The percentage of 19/20 year olds who start their careers as the finished product will be extremely small. Now I’m not saying Dobbin is at this level as I don’t believe he will be, but as clear examples Harry Kane wasn’t the striker he is now at 20 years old, Drogba wasn’t, Henry didn’t develop into the devastating player he was until later in his career, De Gea became a better keeper as he aged, Ronaldo went from scrawny, frustrating and talented tricky winger into a pure beast as he got older.
Dismissing any young player’s career, be that Dobbin or Knight or Bird or Sibley or whoever, just seems short sighted for me. Plenty don’t make it, plenty do, Dobbin has played one full season of men’s football and could build on that this coming season wherever he ends up playing. 

Something we need to remember when slagging off other places and accents, is that Rams fans come from far and wide and can get offended by fellow Rams attacking their home and culture. I am born and bred just outside Brum, like ANY big town or city there are places that are not pleasant, but these are matched by some very nice areas and people. How many Rams fans on here born and bred in Nottingham, cringe at the repeated comments about their folk being inbred and having 6 fingers and the level of crime in their area?
I've been fortunate enough to go to Vancouver and Melbourne (Australia), 2 places frequently in the best places to live in the world. But I happened across areas in both, just off the tourist route, which were as bad as anything in Brum.
Let's think twice before slagging off other places and/or people, please.

For what it's worth, I wouldn't have a problem with a season with white shirt, red number, blue shorts, white socks for the 100th anniversary of winning Division 1.

White, Blue, White with Red numbers all day long for me. Childhood memories. Two league championships, Charlie’s hatrick against Real Madrid, Bruce’s free kick against Newcastle in the FA Cup and Franny’s ‘just look at his face’ goal. All in the  White, Blue, White with Red numbers. No contest. 🐏🐏🐏
