Carroll showing real willingness to get on the ball and nit the play between defence and midfield, something we have been sorely lacking at times. Baldock doesnt look like he would score if we played all week, this area really needs looking at. Not sure who else is available as a freebie in the ST position? 

He's not really an option though is he? He couldn't get into the U23s so he's got no chance at 1st team level. Just someone taking up a wage and adding no value. Good luck to him, and people at the club may or may not feel it was worth a try, but I'm glad to see we're not messing around with shipping players out who show no signs of contributing.

Good to see he was working hard to rectify the crapshow that was the salford city game. Setting a great example to the players going out getting bolloxed after a loss. This club is a nightmare to be at supporter of a the moment. Worst times by miles that I can remember in my 30 years supporting. Not liking the managing dynamic on the touchline during this drinks break. Cazim having a go at bird so rooney shields bird away telling him not to listen too him. Then liam rosenior is giving out different instructions to different players. Can the manager not be the one giving out instructions? Then there is another coach giving different instructions to another player. It just seems like complete chaos. Doesnt seem like anyone is really in control of anything. 
 
Bird has played a few more forward passed today which is good to see but he is STILL hiding from the defenders and offering no outball from the back. He needs to work much harder to make himself available to link the defence to the attack. It is so frustrating to watch the defenders struggling to find a pass when Bird is just stood still hiding behind the Salford attackers. Sometimes it looks like he runs behind them and hides himself on purpose.

I thought Morrison was different class. He'd. Be my first signing. 

Jagielka, Mengi, Wisdom, Morrison, (striker) 

Jagielka - for experience and hopefully not as injury prone as Davies
Mengi - for pace at the back
wisdom - Can play all across the back line and knows the club
Morrison - Showed real ability and hopefully somebody that can play through thirds and pick a forward pass
Striker - We need someone in this postion as we cant expect CKR to play every game at 35 years old. 
 
Curtis Davies goes into a defensive coaching position if he would accept that.
