1of4 got a reaction from jimtastic56 in The Administration Thread
If the rumours are only rumours, will more delays in the transfer of ownership have an impact on any deals done to secure the signing of the players needed for next season? How long will a player be prepared to wait for a contract to be put in front of him from the Derby management, before he takes up an offer from another club?
If the rumours are true, is there anyone else that is still interested in buying the club. How long would it take for any new owner to take control? Would there be time to complete a transfer of ownership before a cut off date that would be impose by the EFL? Would these delays still mean we could still miss out in getting the players allegedly already lined up for next season.

I can live with boring. A plain white for the home shirt and yellow for the away shirt, will do me thIs season.
It's not what the shirt looks like, it's who will be wearing them, that is more important.

Once I had it pointed out to me that I can cook a meal for four people, for only £1.20. I couldn't see any problems with the cost of living.

Don't worry about it, I'm sure with the levelling up policies being introduced by the government. The rents in London will soon come down to that of the rest of the country.

I'll definitely by renewing my season ticket and can guarantee that there will be another three season tickets being renewed, as soon as they are made available.

Never mind the oven needed to bake it. Where do I find a cup big enough to dunk it in and work out how much tea I'd need to mash to fill it.

We should be doing the same as the French government and make the energy companies restrict any rise in prices to 4%. Maybe our government should also copy the french and hold a share of the energy companies. The
Probably would have been best if we had never allowed all our utility services to be sold off in the first place.

What I find galling is having to watch another club get promoted, where the owner as used their connection with a foreign club to circumnavigate the rules imposed on all the other clubs.
Even more annoyingly the EFL don't want to take any action to close these loopholes.
So yes, while I have a problem with the club, I don't begrudge the fans their moment of glory. They like every fan, have no input into how the club is run and can only react to what happens out on the pitch.

I hear the gumps have already lined up a couple of new players, with their owner sanctioning a 30 million pound bid for two Olympiacos reserve players.

To right it should be illegal. Between four and six is the most any couple can find a use for at any one time.

What TV were you watching that made you think Trump could become a unifying President? Could it have been Fox and Friends or maybe those more moderate middle of the road presenters Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity.

The government has had a tax increase from VAT on gas and electric not to mention a huge windfall from petrol price rises, in the billions, so they could easily match what they take off the energy companies.
Would be better to cap the rise at a reasonable level and let the energy companies make their case for government help imo.

And the same ones who support the death penalty.
There were some cases a few years ago of abortion clinics being fire-bombed.
Hmmmm.

I find it strange that there's politicians in America wanting Roe v Wade repealed, claiming they are pro-life and that an abortion is murder. Are the same people who are refusing to sanction stricter controls on something that is causing the death of children at an higher rate than anything else. These politicians don't appear to be pro-life at all.

Every country as a problem with it's idiots. But the people who allow these idiots to legally obtain a gun are the biggest problem. And the USA seem to have more than its fair share of them.

1of4 got a reaction from LeedsCityRam in From being hard done by, to being despised?
I've stopped caring what other fans perception of us are. There's probably dozens of clubs who could be in financial difficulties, if some of loopholes used by these clubs were closed by the ELF.
Unfortunately Morris rubbed certain ELF officials and club chairmen the wrong way, with his views on how poorly the league was organized and run. So they shut down the loophole he was using, while ignoring all the other loopholes being used by various clubs.
