I'm genuinely sorry to hear that all of DCFCs issues are affecting peoples well being.
I'll put up a cheery Meikle update during today. He's with me for a week on the jurassic coast after recovering from his surgery and having a blast. 
I enjoy the humour and amusing gifs /quips on here so keep those coming all, and let's be mindful of our fellows.

Got interviewed live on BBC 6 Music on the way up the M5!  Managed to bring the conversation round to the Rams plight.  Helped make a great day greater.

 

This didn't quite get the traction I'd hoped!  We wore ours in the West Stand Lower but doubt I spotted more than 10 others in a crowd of 30,000...

Leaving the ground though we were completely out-sombrerod by a fan also wearing a poncho. And carrying maracas!  We need this guy to own up and take a bow!

Saw a good dozen or so... maybe 20 at most... being worn outside the club shop area pre match.
Gave my two spares to two young lads sat eating do-nuts in the sun.  One buried the younger lad, so dad took charge of that one.
From my seat, I think I could only see maybe 6 during the game.  ?
Disappointed that not one of the '72 legends took the ideal opportunity to relive their celebrations by donning one. ?

Kept mine on throughout (with the kind acceptance of the chap behind).
I suspect wearing mine led to all-too-brief intro and hand-shake with the inquisitive @Inverurie Ram,  who guessed my identity, and came over to introduce himself.  No time for a chat sadly, as the players were just coming out for the second half.
Still good to put a face, and a handshake, to a username though, despite his own headgear being more from the North of The Americas!  ?

Of course, they could have made massive strides towards a deal this morning, just not got across the finish line, not shook hands, and not signed any paperwork.
"Impasse" does not infer they are "Back to square one", or that the situation remains exactly where things stood at 5am this morning!

The problem with that is that CK has stated that he wants MM completely out of the equation.  This was just the other day, as he prepared to head over here.  It was said in such a way as to suggest he won't even want to rent/lease from him, let alone do a deal on buying it from him (now or in the future).  
Either MM needs to sell to a.n.other (who then rents to CK/DCFC, or CK needs to back down, and strike some sort of deal with MM.
... which brings us to this morning's impasse...  

I don't want to spread panic but he said they remain at an impasse. If they'd made great progress towards a deal wouldn't he have mentioned that? Typically, if there are blocks to progress but you've gained ground on removing the blocks you'd say 'following the meeting progress has been made although we remain at an impasse' not we remain at an impasse and basically inferring that you hope at some point someone is going to move to make the deal viable.

Don't see why DCFC should pay his wages just so you can get him to do some coaching for you!
That's been the problem for years.  Too many hangers on, skanking out of the club for their own gain.  Get yer own bloody coach!   Grrr!  Rant! etc.
