Isn't there a song about this..."All I want for Krystian are his two front teeth"?

You got to know when to hold ’em, know when to fold ’em
Know when to walk away and know when to run
Every gambler knows that the secret to survivin’
Is knowin’ what to throw away and knowing what to keep
Kenny Rogers - the Gambler.
Wise words when it comes to ageing footballing trouble makers too ?

Anag Ram got a reaction from 48 hours in The Sibley Enigma
I’d see McGoldrick, Dobbin and Sibley as a powerful attack.
We would need the midfield to stay solid behind it.

Anag Ram got a reaction from Tamworthram in Watchable telly
I actually preferred the second series.
Yes, it’s contrived, like all reality TV. However, he knows how to draw an audience. He also knows how to play us so we root for him against the village. In spite of all of that, he seems quite an affable character.
I found the series hugely entertaining, even though it’s part comedy, part reality.

Shameful. Not a lot else to say really, except well done France. They were every bit as ruthless as our lads were cowardly. A good few beers needed to reset after that shower of s****.

Social media is supposed to be a platform on which people can share their opinions.
As long as they don’t break any laws or incite bad behaviour they should be able to express their views.
We live in a world in which if a few people are offended, a person is vilified and the mob demands their head.
Lineker is a good presenter. I don’t agree with all of his views but he’s entitled to them.
On the flip side I enjoy football without punditry. I don’t need someone else to tell me what I’ve just seen.
Imagine if, instead of an ad break in a drama, they switched to a studio so someone could explain what’s happening and why someone is behaving in a certain manner.
MOTD is gogglebox for the casual fan.
The BBC has lost the plot.

To be fair, that'd be a big help for me with some shows ?

Anag Ram got a reaction from David Graham Brown in Paul Warne’s bobble hat.
Maybe it’s not a hat after all and that his hair has been woven into that pattern?
On the last day of the season he will let it down spectacularly.

Here's a random idea - let's just have a MOTD with just football. No chat, no presenters, maybe no commentators either. Just footie that we can make our own minds on what's good/bad, right or wrong. You never know we might be able to have more actual football to fill the available time

This has been my experience too!
Constant adverts on TV to get checked out yet the medical profession is reluctant.
I was asked to speak to a doctor and because I had no symptoms they wouldn’t give me a test.
I may end up going private.
Good luck DGB and to all those who have, or think they might have, this disease.

It is definitely serious stuff. Go get yourself checked!!!!
At my last prostate examination I asked where I should put my trousers and pants. "Next to mine" was not the answer I had been expecting.

Anag Ram got a reaction from BramcoteRam84 in v Oxford Utd - Predictions
Prediction is people will come in here and moan about
a) the referee and officials
b) Paul Warne’s tactics
c) the facilities at Oxford, including the price of things
No idea of the score but probably between 0-5 for each team.

10McGoldrick 5.5
Was at the game. We lost midfield and let Plymouth run past us.
Up front we showed little spark.
There was so much room behind their back four but we couldn’t find the killer pass.
We were strangely hesitant.
I watched the Shrewsbury game and thought on the whole we played pretty well.
Last night, when Plymouth were there for the taking, we wimped out.

Wildsmith
Rooney. Forsyth. Cashin. Roberts
Knight Smith Hourihane
McGoldrick
Collins Dobbin
What? Collins? I hear you say.
I think in an away game of this magnitude we will need our grafters and we’ll need McGoldrick collecting deep from the midfield. Stick Collins up top to battle with their centre backs and let McGoldrick pick up the pieces. Collins will battle back to help a midfield that’s not aggressive.
Also, Dobbin put over some cracking crosses yesterday and we only really had Didzy in the box. I’m not saying Collins will score them but he’s got a better chance than most.

Anag Ram reacted to pafcprogs in V Plymouth (a) 7th March 20.00
Greetings from an exiled Green
First of all I wanted to thank those Rams who responded to the appeal on behalf of Jayden Lamerton, the young Argyle and Liverpool fan diagnosed with a brain tumour earlier this year.
Along with fans from many League One clubs rivalries were set aside and the target to help this young man and his family was reached and still receives donations to this day....almost 70K raised ....so thank you.
So safe travels to the hardy Rams that make it down to HP. Should be a good game....and obviously hoping to maintain our somewhat spectacular home form ....
I write a (for this season) regular match preview called One Game at a Time. It is an unashamedly biased review of the past game and look at upcoming opponents....written from the Green perspective but so far not had too many away fans get very upset, and all tongue in cheek. Any inaccuracies I am happy to correct ...the jokes are staying though...
Here is the link, just in case you are bored on a long train/coach car journey westwards. The previous efforts are in a little library of their own if you want to go back over the home match preview/review although I'll understand if that's not something you'll be rushing to do. Pasoti is very away visitor friendly as long as not too lairy) and we have a couple of regular contributors from our tractor driving and owl loving friends in the automatic chase.
All the best for the season after tonight...especially on the final match day ? and when you come up against Yipswich.
Happy to pop along for the post mortem either way...
Here's the link to the article and also to Jaydens Gofundme.

Anag Ram reacted to David Graham Brown in Prostrate Cancer.
Last September I was playing football with my grandson, and hurt my knee. I didn’t bother the doctors because the knee gradually returned to near normal, but still quite painful at times. It was such a time I winced, and my wife “advised “ me to see the doctor, which I duly attended, knee examination, all OK, I asked for a PSA (having seen the information at Pride Park) check which he duly gave me the paperwork. The test came back 7.1, I’m over 70 so 6.5 is regarded as normal. I was dispatched to the Derby Royal, had the anal examination, ( for the first time) small lump found. In five weeks I’ve had a MRI scan,my prostrate biopsy done, and a QT scan, and I’m now on a hormone treatment plan. It appears they’ve caught the tumour early, and the prognosis is good, they say it will be eliminated. You do lose your dignity at times, but not going through that door and having the exam you could lose a lot more.
A shout out to the doctors and nurses at the Derby Royal, they have been absolutely terrific, informative, and very understanding, and caring.

Anag Ram got a reaction from David Graham Brown in Sexism at Pride Park
It’s old farts like me that contribute to the lack of atmosphere.
I played the game for a while and I’m so engrossed in what’s going on that I barely breathe let alone shout.
I do join in with the clapping parts of South Stand chants.
Fairly typical East Stand fan, me.?

I obviously apologised and sat back down ?
