Ed Dawes said in bbc radio derby he was talking to Dwight Gayle and as expected he doesn’t think he’ll be back at derby.

Przemysław Tadeusz Kaźmierczak is one of the biggest names ever to play for Derby.

Jaffa cakes are neither a cake or a biscuit!! They’re a creation all of their own and deserve to have an isle in every supermarket dedicated solely to them.
Cherry Bakewell Jaffa Cakes are the greatest creation since the combustible engine.
Finally, if you squint, Susan Boyle is actually pretty f****** sexy.
Try it
Made you do it 😁

Chelsea are a smaller club than Derby. They've just had 25 years of Oligarchs money, Man City aren't any bigger than Derby, West Ham are smaller despite the delusion as are Leeds who only came to prominence in the 60's then disappeared again for 15 years, then again after that. Sunderland are a bigger club than Newcastle whose support in the 90's when they were crap sucked. I saw it. I dislike Leicester fans more than Forest as they are all w******.
The premier league was a far lower quality in 07/08 than when we were it before and it's worse now.

Steve McClaren is the most overrated manager in Derby's modern history.
George Burley is the most underrated manager in Derby's modern history.
Nigel Clough would have got us promoted by 2016 & the manner of his sacking (night of Forest v Derby) still angers me
Sam Rush was a terrible chief exec for Derby
Philip Cocu was on the verge of cracking it at Derby before Rooney starting undermining him. He would have taken us up within 2 years.
I am extremely apprehensive about Paul Warne managing us in the Championship & dont see him lasting beyond Christmas

LeedsCityRam got a reaction from Ramarena in Liam Rosenior
Another mystifying decision by a Championship owner. Accept that Hull did invest in the squad/brought in some big money loans but its hardly like they were blowing the rest of the division out of the water. Rosenior was nominated for Championship manager of the season & they finished a mere 3 points outside the playoffs - a damn sight better than the position he found them in. What makes it worse is that their owner gave Rosenior a new 3 year contract at Christmas - an expensive decision to end early & one I presume has been pre-empted by a bigger name showing interest in the job.
Derby might not be able to compete with some teams in this division financially but we do have the precious commodity of stability & common sense behind the scenes. Some of the decision making at clubs like Birmingham, Watford, Sunderland & now Hull smack of the incoherent kneejerk reactions so beloved of our previous owner & inevitably end in poorer results & decline.
I wish Liam well, a good coach & a good man. He needs to find a Championship gig at a club prepared to take a long term view. I suspect Hull will finish significantly below 7th next term.

LeedsCityRam reacted to Premier ram in Max Bird - stay or go?
Same mate, I got he watery eye thing watching that interview, Max is such a cool calm collected young man who has stayed grounded , his dad would be immensely proud , so sorry he’s going , he will be missed, best of luck Max

LeedsCityRam reacted to RodleyRam in Max Bird - stay or go?
Not too manly to say I shed a tear watching Birdy's last interview as a Ram. I clearly lovely, respectful, hardworking, talented kid who we will miss. I'm sure the stats are out there but I always felt our dips in form coincided with his injuries, particularly last season.
Hope he uses his next step as a springboard on to bigger and better things (i.e. we re-sign him when we are in the prem).

LeedsCityRam reacted to Premier ram in Max Bird - stay or go?
Got a feeling that in the not too distant future both Knight and Bird will be plying their trade in the Premier League, obviously not with Brizzle, both are class acts, both gave their all for the Rams, wishing them all the very best for their futures , they are and will be missed here at PP

LeedsCityRam reacted to Ghost of Clough in Dajaune Brown
10 goals and 7 assists in 22 games is good going, especially when he only got 140 mins in his first 9 league games. Overall, he averaged better than 1 goal involvement every 70 minutes on the pitch (playing approx 1150 mins total)

LeedsCityRam reacted to Carl Sagan in Dajaune Brown
While it would be sad, if an 8-figure offer came in we would have to take it. Say £15m from Newcastle who have the money. The fear is Warne isn't the ideal manager to develop young talent, so why not reinvest in players more suited to his approach?
But, if doing that, we absolutely must do our transfer business in a similar manner to Christian Dailly and Spencer Prior. For those who don't recall, Blackburn came in with a quite massive offer for Dailly. But before it was publicly announced, we were able to bring Spencer Prior in from Leicester as his replacement, for peanuts.

LeedsCityRam got a reaction from DE56Ram in Away tickets 24/25
Ah yes, good old Leeds - couldn't sell out their away allocation at QPR last Friday (half a stand empty if you see the telly pictures) & definite drop off in parking around mine as they're unlikely to go up today. Their support is the biggest myth in English football.
Am interested to see how we get on with away numbers next season. A combination of new grounds to visit, suppressed supply with tiny away ends & a fantastic away record meant demand was as high as I've ever seen it this season just gone. Now we've got bigger away ends & a better spread of clubs in the North/Midlands but telly moving kick off times everywhere & inevitable drop off of away form against better opposition. To be fair, I won't miss the panic of trying to book tickets at 10am along with hundreds of others!

LeedsCityRam reacted to Carnero in Josh Windass
We're going to be linked with so many players this summer given the obvious holes in our squad and the fact that agents have traditionally used our names when touting their players around in the press.
Best to treat every rumour with a large pinch of salt unless interest is confirmed by Leigh Curtis or Dom Dietrich.

LeedsCityRam reacted to Chesterfield_Ram in Dajaune Brown
I sort of agree with this, but I'd do it the other way round. I'd look to loan him out to a L1 or L2 team to make sure the jump up in standard isn't too much too quick for him.
National League defending really isn't up to standard. Hence Will Grigg scoring 25 goals this season, more than he scored in his past 5 seasons combined in L1. Diesuruvwe scoring 24 despite not doing anything at Salford in L2. Kabamba scoring 5 goals in 2 seasons in L2, then 25 in 40 games this season.
For his long term development I think it would be better to gradually work his way up the leagues. This way we could end up thinking in several seasons time about how good he is, rather than how good he could have been.
I don't want him to end up becoming another Mason Bennett.

If you think that comment is promising, what about this one from Gateshead manager...
“He’s got no ceiling,” said Elliot. “If I was a Premier League manager, I’d use him from the bench. He’s an absolute diamond.”
Perhaps we can sell him to a German club for 30 million? Bham or Forest, for all their faults, have been good at doing this.

LeedsCityRam reacted to Fife Ram in Hi from Fife Scotland
Hi new member, all the way up in sunny Fife, just joined today, never really bothered about forums before but feel exciting times are back around the corner for the Rams so here I am to keep up with the news for the new season etc
looking forward to the new season and hopefully end back where the club belongs. If Ipswich can do it then there’s no reason why the Rams can’t.
