Sibley hasn't shown much for a while. His first touch is poor and he takes too long to make his mind up when in possession. 
I know confidence is everything with players like him and that irregular appearances don't help but he needs to produce to get game time. 
CKR messed up several chances tonight but still looked the most likely to score before Bird's surprise winner. 
We can't keep playing Lawrence, Jozwiak and a defensive midfield and hoping they'll score. 
If we can't bring players in, it'll be another 30 goal season.

All I got from that was :-
Salford was a sterner test with their pressing and front foot defending limiting time and space on the ball as opposed to Betis low intensity low energy approach of a team who looked like they were only interested if they had the ball. There was so much time and space in possession it was like a training game at times.
Jagielka needs to be signed.
Sibley, Watson, Hutchinson have all looked to offer more as inside forward than Aluko has. I dont see what he brings to it.
Forsyth was excellent.
As was Shinnie.
Bird is better and will be worth more than Carroll. I don’t see the benefits of Carroll over Bird in essentially the same role.
Roos was MoM
Not sure Baldock is the answer even as cover as CKR will clearly be the main striker.
Rooney has made a rod for his own back making Lawrence skipper as he has to play him….will he justify that?
Morrison has had less impact with each appearance….
I think we are yet to score a goal with any of Morrison, Lawrence or Aluko on the pitch.

I think Sibley will be a good player... but when you see him next to Watson you can see why the latter seems to get more minutes/trust from Rooney. 

This poster seems to have issues with the Club because of what she sees as being an injustice towards her son In one of the junior Rams teams.
Drops out a comment on Sibley and low and behold, some posters are more than happy to take it as gospel. Hilarious!

I can see why Sibley would be told he can leave by Rooney, you can clearly see Rooney doesnt trust him. He has barely featured in preseason and when he has his temperant has let him down in both games.
I disagree with this being like Rowett & Hughes, Hughes was much more established within the first team and also a much better player.
Sibley has undoubted potential, if Rooney doesnt fancy him then thats upto him but id rather he went on loan than be sold.

We are still one of the biggest football clubs in the country with excellent facilities - he never actually played properly for Spurs so forget that and places like Swansea and QPR are decent clubs to play for but not what Derby is or can be and by that I mean in the positive side)

Chris coles has done well 

Well I feel more buoyant about the club than I did this time yesterday. Those tweets are a glimmer of hope moves are being made to give Rooney a fighting chance of being able to produce summat. 
After what seemed like an age with no news whatsoever, I really welcome this development even though nothing concrete can be announced yet as a lot of negotiations are ongoing, it seems to be a step in the right direction. ?
