I can understand why there is a rule in place but maybe it should be that the player cant play for the same level of club more than twice. For example, Oko-Flex, West Ham (Prem), Swansea (Champ) so he can play for another club at any level. Similar to Cosgrove, Birmingham (Champ) & Plymouth (League 1). If it was a Champ club to another, then another so he played for 3 teams all in the same league then that makes sense.
