We were 12s and 14s a couple of weeks ago..we are shorter because they can assume we will have a decent squad on the first day. If not they can always lengthen the odds..bookies don't take any chances these days..

Er Anyone fancy Leicester City to win the Prem title in the 2015-16 season. Odds of 5000-1 at start of season!?

We don't know if there'll be a club next season, Never mind what the make up of the squad will look like, or what it's strengths and capabilities will be to challenge for promotion. So the odds being offered by the betting companies look poor, if not miserly.

But when have we ever seen a poor bookie. So what they are offering on us getting promoted comes as no surprise. Bookies don't gamble with their money, they leave that to the mugs that they take the money from.
