May Contain Nuts Posted February 25, 2022 Share Posted February 25, 2022 Seems one person has strong beliefs that the best and most deserving youth players are those who play consistently at every level on the way up, even if unspectacularly, rather than those who are fast tracked through the age groups because they exhibit less consistency but more flashes of their potential overall ability, and would prefer steady eddies get their chances in the first team (even if they may never have the potential for a career in the top league) over those who have some individual outstanding abilities and potentially have a higher ceiling.
