Could have maybe done bit better with their first, no chance for second Byrne 8 MOM - cracking little player. Set up our goal, hit the woodwork late on for a near equaliser & 10 times more menacing out wide than any of our 'wingers'. Hardly anything went down his flank either. Wisdom 6 - solid rather than spectacular tonight. Couple of incidences of ball watching but generally fine Edmundson 7 - like this lad. Good in the air, excellent timing with his tackles & he can play too. Also seems to lead - impressed with him so far Buchanan 5 - was pretty much on toast all night & offered little going forward. Normally that would warrant a lower mark but a) he was up against Sarr, a lad who wouldn't look out of place in the division above & b) he got very little help from Waghorn Bird 7 - the reason we had roughly equal possession when playing away at a top side. Was better second half when he stepped up a bit & did a lot of defensive graft too. Feels a wasted opportunity him not playing further forward though Shinnie 5 - made little impact. Functional on the ball & didn't especially stop them playing Knight 5 - better second half but offers very little quality in that final third. Like him playing deeper with a more creative midfielder in front of him Roberts 5 - frustrated with him tonight because you can see his class. Very good on the ball but just wouldn't release that early or easy ball. Deserved to be subbed sadly CKR 6 - did his best with barely any service. Scored a perfectly legitimate goal first half Waghorn 3 - I like the guy but that was rubbish tonight. Roberts 6 Yeah and no. Knight 6. Not in great form, which continued tonight. Maybe a regular position would help. Shinnie 6 Gave the ball away too often when under no pressure. Anonymous in most. Posters team averages range from 4.7 to 6.8. Not going to name names but it's interesting to see how different people see a team performance as well as players performance.
