The DCFC calendar

Anyone else get one for Christmas?

It's a slightly bizarre selection of players if you ask me.

No Rooney at all. The monthly photos are as follows:

January: Bogle (probably featuring early as we will sell him soon)

February: Dowell (loanee that rarely plays)

March: Huddlestone

April: Lowe

May: Holmes

June: Roos

July: Waghorn

August: Shinnie

September: Marriott

October: Belik

November:  Lawrence

December:  Buchanan (why??)

Then the small photo on each month is

January: Wisdom and Martin

February: Evans

March: Hamer

April: Davies (Club captain)

May: Bird

June: Forsyth

July: Malone

August: Whittaker

September: Bennett

October: Sibley

November: Knight

December: Jozefzoon

I think all that says is that we've got some crap players

I asked for a Derbyshire Life calendar this year. Still haven't got over having to rip out Rowetts picture month, not risking another crap DCFC one.

Read that as Derbyshire Live and was wondering quite why anyone would want a calendar covered in adverts so you can’t even see the date, which asks you to fill in a survey before you’re allowed to open it, and gives you a virus if you touch it

Heard it's just 12 different photos of Steve Nicholson posing in fancy dress

I know they had to re-print it as the original had Keogh on. But the selections are rather bizarre.

It looks like a September squad, and maybe demonstrates that the merchandisers have been just as unable to second guess Cocu's squad evolution as we have!

Probably recharged it to Keogh as well. Lol.

The club can’t seem to get this sort of stuff right. I wouldn’t even trust an “historic” version, as someone working on the calendar might consider Stephen Pearson bundling the ball over the line at Wembley and subjecting us to the worst torture the top flight has ever seen as one of the 12 greatest moments of our entire history.
