They've had an easier set of three fixtures and we have no insight to what the problems are there. All we can truly comment on is Derby. And the fact is that McClaren has probably only had 5 training sessions in which he's had to prepare for three games, he also had to play one of those games without a recognised left back. It's going to take quite a bit longer than that (including a transfer window or two) to undo the significant damage done by Pearson.

I can't believe the arrogance of some people, going off like losing against a flying team in Huddersfield when we are trying to recover from a diabolical start to the season is some kind of disaster. Time-wasting for a point. Welcome to our world pre-Wagner Derby fans" Oh how sweet is an injury time winner against a time wasting team+ Looked like a nil nil all the way until that goal ,this is how Powell had Town playing even at home ,generally set us up for a point ,good support and noise from your lot You are right pal. We had no attacking outlet in the second half. Although you were lucky to get the goal it was only going to happen one way. Tbh I want your manager at Derby but he'd be mad to leave at the moment. Last season I saw the signs of a good team and now the fruits areally showing. Good luck with the rest of your season. You have a good team and manager. Can you really continually put all the blame on Pearson? Same players here were under Clement, Wassall, Pearson and now Mac- continued dross performances from January under 5 managers....common factor, yes the players. The problems are in the squad of players which are not good enough to compete at this level. I know its bad we are happy we got a point at home to Brentford, a place more famous for its nylons than its football!

I have only watched the Leeds game since Pearson left and the performance in that game was significantly better than anything I saw under Pearson. The fault doesn't entirely lay with Pearson but he had time to rectify problems and instead caused a lot of further damage. Put it this way, when Pearson came in we had a few small fires that needed putting out and Pearson decided he'd pour petrol on them.
lrm14
Jesus christ you'd have thought we lost to a ******* sunday league side here. We've lost to one of the best sides in the league so far this season and it took a last minute winner to get it. We've earned more points without Pearson in half the games, and we're playing significantly better stuff. Some of you need to get a grip.

Get some youth in from the youth squads can't be any worse can they ? going to be a rubbish game against sheff wed without Hughes In midfield who's going to create things ? That's bit unfair, vydra is a good player but we can't play him as alone striker. It's crying out for martin alongside him. Stupidity of the highest orders to let martin go without a replacement, but the truth is that is only part of the problem. Several players are just not good enough and we need a clear out.
